So, from the first vid I get a very strong J-lead vibe, likely Je-lead but maybe Ji-lead. I also get strong Te snippiness from the way her body rattles, but I can't really see her mouth animating from that angle. I found a front-facing interview that I think captures her better:
Ah, yes. So here we really see all the Te-Fi signals. Her responses to questions are really militant, fast and snippy. Her articulation has zero cool-off time here, and she speaks from a place of decisiveness with a very matter-of-fact voice. In the second video, at 0:40 when she says "...we repeat them.." as she sort of cocks her head back, that shows a bit of Fi sassiness. And when we look at her mouth, it does asymmetrical expressions:
So we have: - Te snippiness/jitteriness - Te monotone (matter-of-fact) voice - Te avalancing speech (quick acceleration, no time for stopping) - Fi asymmetrical expressions - Fi sassiness
Psychology
One thing about her that is very classic Te-lead is her rather binary simplification of things. "You're either a victim or a hero" speaks a lot to how Te values competence, straightforward solutions and self-reliance. But at the same time, I would say that she's.... "coming into her Fi" and countering the managerial Te values she's lived by.
She's doing this thing, which I often see polar types do, where they start to appreciate and almost take on the psychology of their polar. In this case, late in life she's had a realization of needing to think of herself as more spiritual and not directly connected to the objective (E). To take time off, to not obsess over production and find solace in the inner, tranquil, irrational and impressionistic.
She's a kind of TeSi Logistical Ethicist, but really she's more of an aspiring FiNe spiritualist, whose taken up a position as Life Coach. It reminds me of some of what ayoungspirit wrote in this post.
Oh man, I'll never learn to read these things. I thought her hands did the Ti finger thing. At least I got the J lead part right, lol! I thought she was a Ti lead as opposed to Fe lead because she seems so awkward to me, in her jokes, smiles, laughter. I guess that's because she's a Te lead trying to wield her Fi in her people-centred occupation.
Now that I think about it, she has always emphasised her very personal/subjective truth and values over and above social values and the values of religious establishments and institutions. In fact, she coaches her clients to garner the courage to defy these social expectations and follow an inner truth that only they know. She believes her role as a coach is merely to give people tools to discover their own inner truth...their north star, to use her famous symbol. Many of her methods involve getting people to feel, viscerally, their feelings of attraction or repulsion toward certain thoughts, people, courses etc, as a way of discernment. She teaches experiencing deep emotional feeling and bodily feeling as an innate compass, which she believes we have been socialised to "ignore" to our own detriment. I guess that's lots of Fi. Interesting!!!
You're getting there! And learning quick. There's a lot to become familiar with, but once all the basic concepts are known, it becomes easier to put things into context.
In her case, the awkward thing you're detecting is Te/Fi. Especially when Te is above Fi, people can be rather quirky, off-beat and (dare I say) socially ungraceful. Their laughs are unordinary, their jokes are of a different humor, and their smiles are irregular. So you're observing something real, but it just needs to be put in the right context.
There is some delicacy to her hands, which is because she has high levels of Fi. Fi and Ti both have a baseline level of delicacy, although Ti goes a step beyond. Though in isolation we might interpret it to suggest Ti, any other Ti signals are completely absent - so the whole package/function isn't there.
edit: Yeah! that's her Fi values seeping through. Individualistic, connected to the body and the emotional, and having an almost sacred valuing of those private experiences.
