So going along the lines of this post, I wanted to present to you guys some evidence I've seen of people with unordinary hierarchies.
NiFi: Animekitty
This is Animekitty, he's an acquaintance but his videos are all public.
We notice right away a great deal of Ni influence in his eyes. They rarely ever move (Pe toggling) and retain a very dominating influence over his face. The same can be seen in all his other videos. We also see that, despite what looks like clear Ni-priority, his Te is rather absent. We see signals such as Fi asymmetrical expressions, Fi snarling, Fi off-beat, Fi/Te nasal voice, etc. But all of these signals are the way we would expect them in a rather aspie high-Fi user. His Fi breaks through his cheeks in the way we'd expect from high-Fi as well. This all does not align with neither the NiFe nor the NiTe signal clusters.
So objectively, from this we would infer that Se is unconscious or lower in priority, but Te is also unconscious or lower in priority, due to an almost complete lack of those signals. Ni is seen, and Fi is also witnessed.
So what about his psychology?
Well, when we hear him talk, we hear a very striking parallel in his thought processes. He speaks not from any social (Fe) aspect, but mechanically (Te) through a very cryptic (Ni cryptic speech signal) interpretations of events and science-fiction elements that he predicts will appear.
When half or more of someone's cognitive apparatus is immersed in the unconscious, we see effects such as these. We see a psyche with unique but also quite peculiar ideologies and beliefs -- often accompanied by a disconnect from reality.
Signs of Unconscious Se and Te:
1: The slowdown of double-introversion: As we would expect, the lack of Te and Se causes Animekitty to not articulate very fast or with much emphasis in the way of gesticulation. He drones-forward with the bit of Te that is available but is doubly held back by the Ni-Fi dominance.
2: Ni is having sense-impressions that are not demistyfied. As happens when Ni's data-source (Se) is not being gathered from a conscious place, a tinge of mysticism follows suit. In his case, Animekitty is futuristic/sci-fi (rather than archaic or magick) in his mysticism -- but the detachment-from-reality of his ideas is no less distinct.
3: A generally peculiar-functioning modality. As we would also expect, the NiFi modality isn't the most efficient... or quite what we might see in a "stand-alone" type. Instead, it appears lacking in basic elements of extraversion and engagement with the world (and the feedback loop that is facilitated by that).

Without a proper channel with Te, Ni's cryptic speech is not being translated -- so it remains in its most impressionistic and visceral form. And Fi, while being peculiarly present for an NiTe, is not cycling consciously with Te, thus creating a slowdown of its own operation and a general absence of self-knowing.
I believe that doubly introverted types slowdown the momentum of both of their oscillations, with both oscillations dipping into the unconscious and expressing ideas that are half-connected and half-disconnected from the physical and actual.
I personally find these people quite interesting to listen to (and mean no disrespect to NiFi types by my above descriptions), but it may also be true that such a state should be looked at with a level of concern for what can be a difficult psychic modality. I know that Animekitty's been through a challenging journey and has gotten better in terms of relating and interacting. I don't know that the NiFi phenomenon is related directly to physical/neurological anomalies, or if it can happen via specific development trajectories.... but it is nonetheless something I've come to see in some people and am finally starting to put some words to it.
We certainly shouldn't underestimate the power and diversity of the brain.
