She has the coordinated, deliberate social presentation I would associate with high Fe, like how she's sort of emotionally leading the audience with her tone and expressions near the 1:30 - 2:10 area.
Oh man, she's one of those. You picked a keen sample!
This lady (left-side) is pulling off deliberate social presentation - for sure. But she's actually Ni+Te. This is the faux-Fe poised shade of Ni+Te.
You inspired me to make a vid (very long... no need to watch it all) showing what I see... it has crappy audio (was done in a rush) but it shows her Te/Fi in action:
Scattered notes about Faux-Fe & Te:
Women Te users have an extra pressure placed on them to be poised. All high-Te users receive a lot of flack for their blunt/brash way of communicating as children, but women suffer more pressure to tone the edge off their expressions. So we often see well coordinated Te women.
Now, coordination for them can only really happen at the level of gesticulation, because Je gesticulation is the signal that has a level of control (it's ranked lowest as far as signal reliability). Her gesticulations do have "Fe" swelling pattern in them, and she tries to be cordial and social and inviting.
But there is still something very uncanny about her. If we play close attention, we see that her warmth is a bit of an act, and underneath she's actually quite steely and managerial. In the OP video one little example of this is:
- "so you guys who've been here before know the drill" <--- process-orientation, standardization - "go ahead and please do introduce yourself in the chatbox. say hi. say where you're from" <--- specific instructions
^ now it's very hard to justify these are Te, because of course Fe can also ask for people to state their name and where they're from. This is a bit qualitative, but it's reinforced by how she does the same thing on each video. The first 20 seconds here for example:
^ same sort of "ok guys, lets do this procedurally, you know the drill, we start with names"
First thing at the top is a $5.00 / month subscription link. Basically a paywall to the forum
Starting your homepage with a paywall is... not a very smooth move from an Fe perspective. It cuts right to the chase (Te) and comminucates what needs to be communicated. But there's no easing into it. Tactful Fe likes to charm people into things via invitation and enough free-bees to develop trust between both parties. Or at least, that would be a far more common strategy, and I've see how sites by NiFe look. Very different.
Again, this is not by any means a definitive indicator of Te vs Fe, but it does show a more economic orientation (Te), and as with so many high-Te's she's making this a business model for herself.
