It seems like you may be confusing what the functions mean. Everyone has four psychological functions that handle the following in different ways: Perception, Logic (deduction), Memory, and Ethos (the mechanics of human interaction). All the functions operate on associations, that is where things like imagination and creativity arise. It should be noted that it is a misnomer that the "F" functions are particularly associated with emotions. Emotion is something different than a psychological function, it is a reaction that arises in the more primitive regions of the brain. Most of the functions are associated with emotions, excluding perhaps the logic functions (Ti and Te). Fi and Fe are demonstrated in an emotional way because they are the part of the psyche that deals with the ethics of human interaction, and emotions are part of communication between humans.
Having Si as a dominant function really means that you are lead by memory, and subsequently abstract perception (Ne). Si isn't like Se, it is more along the lines of Ni, it keeps track of all the associations built by the other functions. Se is like Ne, they are the perception functions, they interpret what we see and experience in the world and pass those interpretations on to Ni or Si after logic and ethos have had a chance to judge them as correct or incorrect.
The definition of Ti put forth by Jung is basically this: Introverted Thinking analyzes things from a detached, subjective, often idealistic point of view.
That is, the individual sees them self as separate from all other things. Also, things in the outside world are compared by default to the preconceptions of the individual (whether taken from observation or generated abstractly). Te is opposite from this, having an integrated, objective, often practical point of view. By default, things in the outside world are compared to other things in the context of the system to which they belong, not necessarily to the ideals of the individual. Te users tend to jump in and actively find solutions to problems by comparing external systems, while Ti users will internally compare the problem at hand to their ideas about how things should work and attempt to find a theoretical answer.
It is a shame that the typical understanding of extroversion and introversion strays so far from the original descriptions. To be an extrovert does not necessarily mean that one is loud and likes to be around people. Nor does being an introvert mean that one necessarily is quiet and prefers to be alone. These are gross exaggerations of possible behaviors of both types, introverts can be outgoing and extroverts can be shy as well. It is true, however, that introverted functions do not deal directly with the outside world, and so they will tend to tone-down the expressiveness of their extroverted counterparts if they are dominant.
Having a "poker face" isn't something unique to Ti-dominants. From what I've seen, Si-doms will remain primarily expressionless unless there is something that provokes a response (interaction especially). Any introverted function is by nature non-interactive. It is only through its extroverted partner that it can be expressed. Any introverted function on its own is something that happens strictly internally. Ti is expressed in a specific way by Fe when it is above Fe in one's functional stack. When Fe is higher, you can still see Ti at work through Fe's expression, but it is toned down beneath the action of Fe.
Assessing your functional type specifically, I agree that you have the functions Fe/Ti and Ne/Si. I think it is possible that you are SiFe, but you could also be NeTi. Without seeing you in a more relaxed situation, I can't say for sure. The only thing that is obvious to me is that you are not a Judgement lead, nor are you an Articulator lead. The way you express yourself isn't in line with a Ti dominant. The thing about Ti-doms is that we are super OCD about every word and thought that goes through our heads. Being a Judgement lead, we judge everything and attempt to correct any inconsistencies internally. The way you express yourself seems way more laid back than a Ti-dom, it is characteristic of someone with the Ne/Si pair over the Fe/Ti pair.

so trying to leave a good impression naturally exaggerates my Fe way more than usual. Most of the time in my day to day life I have a poker face.
