I would say I have the ability to see through people -- see what's behind the mask, and sense an alternative motive a mile away (not quite a lie detector, but almost).
So I would say my CT super power would be invisibility (the ultimate observer):
I'd choose invisibility or to be able to see the essence of someone's soul immediately upon looking at them and be able to let them see mine if I choose.
The ability to travel through time, this obviously implicating that I am not bound by time hence in a sense immortal minus the many paradoxes. Or the ability to destroy the world whenever I can and that people know that I can and that it also happens if someone kills me. Why? So I can live in my hidden (underground) sanctuary and have the world pay me for not blowing them up. Mimsy pwease pwase be a genie.

What's the use of getting paid anything if you're living in an underground sanctuary?
If you're capable of holding essentially the whole world ransom, one would think you should take more advantage of that leverage. Skip the money, just take whatever you want whenever you want.
"Hey, can I have your car? No? Well if you don't give it to me I'll destroy literally everything you've ever known or loved."
"Do my laundry, or else your very existence goes up in flames."
Etc.
Literally everyone in society would bend over backwards to accommodate your every whim, lest you decide that the world should get blown up, and I feel like you're wasting it by sitting in a bunker with a load of cash.
I left out the details because I thought it was silly. For example I said pay me, not specifying the currency. I live in an underground sanctuary to avoid being killed by e.g. suicidal narcissists, but that doesn't mean I can't come to your house and make it no longer your house.

Actually it sounds to me like what you really want is to be a dragon. They live a really long time. And depending on the lore they may be immortal. Making time less relevant to them. They have the power to scorch the earth. But they prefer to just sit on their collection of extorted gold in a hidden cave.
Anyway i think i've solved my problem with time as a superpower. Because it is so unreliable to guess what amount of control over time you can have, i would be a time lord. That way the rules for time travel are clearly set. And i have all the time in the world to learn about things one adventure at a time.
If you want to live outside of reality, then Time Lord would be where it's at. Although, there is a consequence of feeling consistently disconnected from anything tangible, such as relationships if you the superpowers of a time lord (Poor Dr Who). Hmmm. . . consequences, that would be another interesting topic. What side effects would result from your super power? For instance, in my graphic above, it suggests that reading minds would actually result in having too many voices to decipher, and as a result, loose the ability to distinguish their voices from your own.
