An interesting Romanian talk-show host on Romanian history. The video's not in English, so that might make it a challenge - or maybe not - I don't know. In any case, as far as I'm aware, there isn't a specifically Romanian mode of gesturing or speaking - as can be seen in Italian - so there shouldn't be anything to watch out for. So, what do you think?
At around 8:30, you can start seeing him being more expressive. Also at 10:27. He's the long-haired fellow, in case it's not obvious already.

I would say FiSe but he has quite graceful movements at time and quite a bland face, so TiSe is possible, with a monotone way of speaking due to rehearsal (heavy presentation), see 2:32 for him doing what seems a more spontaneous hello.
Professor Jabba the Hutt is even more challenging with so many folds on his face but he seems PiJe to me.

That's what I was thinking: TiSe. That's what I see in his hand movements. But, yes, the beginning of his videos always seem to be rehearsed, which is why I looked through the video to find more spontaneous parts.
As for Jabba the Hutt, I can't even watch the video with a straight face now after your joke.
