Because it seems that they have to manifest in a specific way, I believe functions can be bound to provoke some little side effects for their users which can be mildly upsetting. I hope that we will be able to figure out some of them in this thread and propose some of our old-homes remedies.
Maybe it still a bit cryptic to you, I think an example will be more eloquent :
Some Ni-Se users have reported here that, like me, they suffer occasionally from variants of red eyes. As the peculiarity of the Ni-Se pair is to have insufficient blinking which prevent the eye from benefiting lubricating, it would be safe to assume that dryness would potentially result from this condition and could be a potential or partial cause for this problem. I could indicate to you that, as you can guess, the traditional approach to it is by way of eye drops, or postulate that blinking a bit more often voluntary may attenuate the effect, but I have also a little trick up my sleeve. It simply consist in a customized yawning (random expression of the day). The traditional yawning is already known to be watering the eye, and you somehow obtain a close effect by trying voluntary, but I have found that it is even more efficient if you try to close slowly your jaw while doing it, like if you were resisting the yawn in slow-motion. Two or three voluntary yawns like that and you will succeed both in looking quite stupid and more importantly, in giving your dry eyes a proper showering, at least if you have the same physiology as me
I think that more problems like this one can be tackled this way, even if some need more complex answers, by myself or others. If I were to propose some subjects out of the top of my head, I would say viscosity/rigidity and posture problems or dance, wrinkles from smile, snarl or scowl, glitch effect in moves due to thinking, monotone or dryness of speech and oral speaking, looking overly "socialite" or "girly" because of feeling mannerism, etc.
Of course, everybody is free to consider his or her personal traits as he or she want and there is no peculiar ideal or unique paradigm behind there. I only mean this thread as an open catalog of adaptive behavior regarding situations, that can be consider inside or outside functions, but somehow relate to their secondary manifestation, tangible or not. I will be glad if people outside the Ni-Se pairs find my trick useful for another reason. The function referencing would be more of a way to orientate people inside this catalog, for them to find more easily situations that resonate with them. Maybe it will also be the occasion to report our type experience in a more casual way. After all, each member by nature decide of the conceptual extent of his or her answer.
PS : Yes, I consider this legitimately as a growth process
