Alerith I always thought that Bruce Banner was a FiNe: great scientist, deeply against the government (after he discovered the dark sides), socially awkward (for childhood trauma). Hulk is the externalization of his frustration and repressed rage, maybe Hulk itself is more a TeSi: despite his deficiencies in grammar he has no difficult to articulate his thoughts and apply them (o gosh, taking seriously a non-existent character)
ayoungspirit, thanks for sharing your pics. I understand and agree it is quite difficult to capture an scowl when it does not come naturally, like if we are holding a camera intentionally trying to capture it. That photo I posted, was actually extracted from a video (I paused the video and took a photo of the paused scene).
I don't know if frequently doing this specific type of Ni frequently has to do with having Se-heavy but it's a good question. Thom Yorke seems to be heavier on Ni than on Se and not rearely does that scowl (both Ni scowls). The classic Ni-scowl with zone-out has to do with Ni usage. I am not sure but I think that when I did that scowl in the video I was trying to recall information but was not sure of the precision of the info, so it was like providing data with uncertainty, not sure if the information was correct. I rarely do many expressions with my face, it is usually more deadpan (and comes accross bad-ass when I am walking in the streets... I have heard from strangers in the streets (yes, some impolite people in my country do this invasion of talking to you in the streets when not invited to lol, a complete invasion of privacy): 'why so serious?'. I've heard a couple of times.. To me it's not really seriousness, it is exactly the result of being inside my mind, disconnected from the external world, and also an attempt to desencourage strangers to approach me, but since my Fi is very high up often there's still emotion visible (my friends say my face is quite transparent) but yet, I guess Fi users are not bound to form wrinkles earlier for the lack of heavy expressions. High Fe users tend to be heavy on expressions that accelerate the appearance of wrinkles. That swirled scowl included.

At parties, when I am quiet on my chair, just looking around me, I often got the "snob" tag from strangers and sometimes even friends. If they are kinder, I can get the "pure, innocent tag", one that is more easily shake-able . When I start thinking, people ask me if I am okay and if something is bothering me, as I never really look zen or relaxed, but intense.

ayoungspirit, I don't really zone out looking upwards when I'm standing, though I'll do it when I'm sitting down. Anyway, at worst, I bumped into walls and other things such as tree branches or almost got walked over by cars (I swear I always look to see if cars are coming, but somehow I miss them). So, I know what you're saying. Three recent examples of what has happened when I zone out: (1) I was in a subway, and I passed about six or seven stations, thinking that only a few seconds have gone by; (2) I looked in one direction after the lights turned red for pedestrians, and, when I came back to reality, I noticed there were several people staring at me, wondering why I'm not crossing the road if the light is green, (3) today, I was outside with my dog beside a tree, waiting for the rest of my family to come out of the store they were in, and I noticed after a few minutes that there was a lot of bread for pigeons right in front of me - how did that get there? I'll post a few pictures of my stares in the next few days, for the purpose of comparison.

Overall, I rarely feel the need to navigate or persist in information I am not sure to know or not to know. If it does not come naturally, I try to quickly rebound on other things, to keep the momentum in the discussion. I am more at ease in casual ones, that I can turn to my view or where I can remain silent, than in interview or exams where I have to answer precise questions and actively rationalize things. Therefore, I often start slowly, to find my anchor on the question, and if I find it inspiring, I then keep going faster and faster because I can turn my way into a more familiar path. When I talk, I do not like to stay in place for a long time, even to search for precision, I prefer to wait for it to come more clearly later. If there is resistance, I prefer to try another way around. So I may not scowl much, because I never force myself into very precise remembrance or very sequential examining of my patterns. It goes as it comes mostly.
In fact, in conversations, I am the one that can be silent all along, just answering softly direct addresses, or instead will overthrown it if I start being invested. I sometimes cannot stop talking when I am going, to the point where I will actively interrupt people or running after them if they flee in another room. Sometimes I cannot repress myself, I am just energized. When I am entertained by another mind-like friend, other people can be left behind, baffled.

Sounds like perhaps Ni can time-warp into the future.. O.O
The interesting thing is, I do this sort of thing too, but it's always when I'm in Ti-mode. When I'm focusing on thinking about something, I become so introverted that the outside world disappears and it's as if time vanishes all together. People can be talking directly at me and I'm oblivious.. that said, perhaps what I experience is a little different from what you're describing.
Do you think maybe this sort of phenomenon is associated with introverted functions in general?

Interesting, does sound like the sort of traits seen in some FiNes. If you like, you could post your observations of Bruce Banner in the thread Erifrail made for fictional characters ^^
It's the tension that is seen at the outer corner of the eye. The Ni examples still look as if their eyes are lifting up. The Ne example the tension at the corner of the eye pulls down. I noticed that the eyebrows in Si scowls sometimes move downward and sometimes don't, so to me, it seems that I need to look at the outer corner of the eye not the eyebrow.
