I find the young Warren Buffett much easier to read because his eyes are more visible. I am still not sure, but I am thinking that he is NiTe. The signals that I am seeing are:
Pi-lead viscous swaying Te blunt, monotone speech Ni brow-furrows (eyebrows raise at the edges, eyes remain sharp), see 0:58 Ni steady eyes
jason13 Declan uses Ni/Se and Ti/Fe, his eyes are not soft/naive at all, his tone of voice is nuanced and never dismissive/cold, his face shows flat neutral cheeks most of the time. I think the "deadpan/badass" impression comes from his glasses lol But he's a Beta. I've not watched enough to know his precise type though...
His scowling is Si/Ne. In the first video, he scowls at 1:40, 4:30, and 6:28. When he scowls, his whole eyebrow (and the area around it) is sharply pushed downwards. His eyes are deep in his sockets. They don't appear that gentle or naive, but they also don't appear to be sharp or piercing. I don't see anything in his eyes that screams Se to me.
His judgement functions are less clear. My first impression was that he was an Fe/Ti user, mostly because of the tonal variation in his voice. I changed my mind because of several things:
1. His smile: you could make an argument for Ti-support, but there is a noticeable upward bulge and no visible tension in his ZM. 2. His gesticulations: stiff wrists, board-like (for the most part) fingers that tend to bend as a unit 3. His articulation: a lot of blunt browraises; although there is some tonal variation in his speech, there is no swell at the end of his speech segments
His judgment functions are not super-clear, but I see more evidence for Te/Fi and Fe/Ti.

Ah yes, after watching again after a longtime, I see Declan as a PiTe o,o As for his p functions, he does some Si scowling (but I can't see the shape of his eyebrows because of his glasses). However, his eyes seem to buldge a bit a la Ni, yet are not penetrative, a bit like TeSi Tom Hanks by the way so it's possible he's SiTe, he does give an Si/Ne vibe.
