Well, my last few attempts at visual reading haven't been too successful, so *gulp* here goes...
He seems very relaxed/nonchalant. I'm seeing a fair bit of Se/Ni, but I'm not sure. I think he's either TiSe or FiSe, because I'm not sure if that's cheek tension or not.
You know... i think that at first he strikes me as an SeNi user, and i see Ti lead, but then i started to think.. "damn... that's Si...". And I presume that he could have been a TiNe. D: But there are strong possibilities that i'm wrong. In the video i posted: 3:02 that seems an Si scowl? But his face was acting like in an Ni zone out. 5:03 Ti hands. 07:04 that is a strong Fe ethical judgment, in reality he does that a lot everytime, and can be confused with Fi. I remember i posted the same expression in a thread almost a year ago. 6:25 these are Ti hands, even if there's no meticulous movement, i can see the light relaxation in his fingers and wrists.
So... i don't know, i'm generally for Ti lead! At the moment i can't really tell apart the pfunctions. And i noticed that with people who make a strong use of drugs is very, very difficult to do so.
Anyway, Krist Novoselic is SiTe for ever and more.
In the video i posted: 3:02 that seems an Si scowl?
Yep, I would say Si scowl.
He does it a few times in the vids.
He has the gentle eye toggle of a Ne user as well, check 0:05 and 2:35 in the first vid. Lots more little examples if you look closely. Soft, naive eyes for sure imo.
As far as J goes. I really think he's Fi/Te. His smile......
Definite clash of tension in cheeks around nose. There seems to be a lot of tension in his cheeks during interviews, like he's on the verge of smirking. Also when he smiles, the warmth is slow to recede from his face, (start of first vid is a good example, after an asymetrical smile at around 0:10)
His voice is also monotonous and has a regular rhythm. It's soft and airy at times, I think it's a good example of 'unseelie' Fi.
There's also those 'pain like face' signals.
His body coordinates itself as a unit imo. I don't see the eyes leading the face. I'm for Ji lead.
He is lethargic, but known for chronic depression and looks kind of wasted in the vids...... I don't see the 'hypnotic' or 'staring right through' look that I see in Ni leads, more 'naive with the eyes gently resting in their sockets'.
I'm for FiNe

Ti-lead is for sure. His Ti hands are hardcore. And there's no emotional tension around his mouth.
To me he's a beta. TiSe.
PS: his scowl seems Ni to me but it's really tricky. I'm not 100% sure of his P-functions yet (98% is accurate. No, wait, I am sure!). And his eyes seem to lock-on and zone-out.
He reminds me here of TiSe Avril Lavigne xD and in some videos he 'does' TiSe PJ Harvey's eyes (I know this part is not VR, but...). Well, his overall energy is also very beta imo.
Fe smile:

I'm not seeing any hardcore Ti hands, like puppiteer hands or elongated emotionally loaded gestures.
Here's a video where I think his P functions are more clear.
As the camera zooms in to his face, it's easier to see his eye toggling (examples 1:27, 2:23) He blinks a lot, most often with scowling in an Si fashion and looking to the side (examples around 0:15, 1:35, 3:04, 5:37, 6:00) There are lots and lots of Si scowls (examples 1:25 2:03 2:40, 6:14, 7:30, 9:06, 9:51)
Second pic is from 9:06 if context is needed. He looks to the side, scowls, and blinks a lot. His eyes remain soft and naive.
There is a lack of Se 'lock on gaze' during the interview.
As for J functions, again note the soft and monotonous voice. He speaks in a matter of fact way that doesn't 'project', but still has a steady warmth and private emotional aspect to it. Again there is tension in the cheeks throughout the interview, and tension in his cheeks when he smiles. Good example at 18:11 - the clash of tension from the smile and tension in his cheeks is clearly visible, tension in cheeks and warmth remains on his face after smiling (no quick cool down).
Again Si scowling and tension in his cheeks combine to give a 'pain like face' signal.
In addition to the above, sassy swaying (Fi) is evident throughout the interview, with the camera man having difficulty keeping him in frame while zoomed in at times.

harman uh... quite frankly, in that video, when i saw it very rapidly, i just thought "oh, here's clearly SeNi here". :3 And, in that smile you see Fi, i totally see Fe, but even if it wasn't, that was just a picture in the middle of a lot of others that show a different thing.
Anyway, after talking a bit with @morsecode i agree that he's most likely TiSe. --- Ok, i think we miss only dave grohl:
Shy-turned-confident TeSi? I also thought FiNe, but the first hypothesis seems just right.
