Think so? For some reason I though maybe FeSi, because he's an angry comedian (albeit hilarious), and I read somewhere that angry Fe can resemble Te. NeFi seems likely though!
I have to ask, and I'm really not trying to be snarky.
Are you a troll?
You consistently post reads that are so profoundly off, that I'm wondering if you're doing this to get people to argue with you so they will end up getting it right on their own.
Bill Burr is so clearly Ti/Fe that you could use his smile shots as standard examples.
Here's Bill Burr doing an impersonation of someone making the Fi sadface, where the eyebrows go up and together, and he's patently unable to do it. The end result is the exact same face that Fe users end up making when they try it because their facial muscles are so acclimated to Fe movements that they simply can't.
Watch his hands for any amount of time, and the Ti is obvious. Fluid wrists, manipulative fingers, puppeteer gestures. Listen to his speaking tempo. It's classic Ti peaks and pauses. When he does make Je gestures, they're elegant round movements, not Te one directional karate chops.
Furthermore, his Se eye locks and Ni drifts are constant. Drift. Lock. Drift. Lock. His Se intensity oozes out of him. Listen to some interviews with him. His personal interests are so Se it's not funny.
Honestly, I'm not trying to call you out or bust your chops. I'm trying to help you become a better reader. I sincerely think your biggest hang up is facial features. I think you're seeing the lines in his thick Irish cheeks (I have a pair of my own btw), and you're jumping to Fi snarl. I think you're seeing his baby blues in still photos and jumping to Ne/Si. That's not how this works. The only way it can work is in conjunction with the subconscious thought processes that cause the unconscious micro expressions. That means it is evidenced in motion.
For example, the stills I posted are showing the motion of his facial muscles as he goes from static to full extension. What I'm pointing out is how his muscles move, not how his face looks when it's frozen, and not the individual features that are moving.
Seriously, if you're trolling, please stop it. If you're not, please get up to speed with this and stop confusing users on this board with mistypes. You're eroding the credibility of this entire system to people who come here, see the inconsistency, then go onto other forums and groups with a low opinion of VR.

I don’t think it is my reads that are off. I’m probably the most knowledgeable and experienced reader on the forum at this point in time. I’m also the only long-term member that is still active and trying to help people figure out their type. So your accusations of trolling/ignorance/uncaringness/sabotage is pretty laughable to me.
You make a lot of bad guesses at why I’m typing Bill Burr as a NeFi. But interestingly enough, I never wrote why I had typed him as a NeFi. So this means that you are just making things up and basing your criticism on false assumptions.
You also seem to think that I’m basing my reads on still images or something. But I always use videos when I’m typing someone (as you are supposed to do). As such all the evidence I use is based on signals that happen “in motion” as you say. I really think you should try to have your facts in order first before you go around making assumptions/accusations like this.
I'm guessing you still think you are a NiFe and therefore use Ti/Fe and Se/Ni. But as I have said before I’m pretty sure you use Fi/Te and Si/Ne. In fact, I’m pretty sure you are also a NeFi (just like Bill Burr). So I’m not surprised that you think that Bill Burr uses Ti/Fe and Se/Ni. You are basically making the same mistakes that you did when you typed yourself in my opinion. I think this might also explain why you are freaking out so much in this thread and making all those false assumptions/accusations. Instead of looking for faults in others, maybe you should try to take a look at yourself first.

Perhaps to prevent this situation in the future, TheLogicFan, could you say what signals you see that tell you that someone is a certain type? It facilitates discussion and helps people see where their reading skills might be off, rather than causing arguments. "Show, don't tell" and all that. I haven't seen any of your other posts, so I don't know if you already do that elsewhere, but if you don't, it would be helpful if you started.
As a fan of Doctor Who myself, I find it ironic that a user named "The Doctor" actually gave reasons why we should believe him and his "opponent" simply said that we should believe him.

Didn't mean to start a war here people. Getting back to Bill Burr I guess I'm confused, because I considered him a Te/Fi at first, I mean during his act he seemed to be doing a lot of Te dismissive shrugs and such. And if you look at some pictures of him, it really looks like he is doing some Si-scowls. I don't know, I don't come on this forum often enough .

Just to chip in my two cents, he's got to be Ti-support with that smile. Either SeTi or NeTi, most probably the former. So far as the dismissive shrugs and brows go, I chalk that up to him being a male from Boston. Totally cultural, learned, environmentally fostered, whathaveyou. Doesn't mean every male of that culture is Fi/Te. (I know that this a grey area that CT theory hasn't yet ventured into, but I'm not going to shy away from issue just because CT has so far. So in the absence of an official take on learned behavior/culture, what are your thoughts as an individual on this matter?) As the smile is given the highest reliability among the judging cues, I got to go with Ti for Burr.
The Doctor I have been active on this forum for some time myself now and have on more than one occasion expressed frustration with some of the readings some "Readers" give. I think it has unnecessarily convoluted things and undermined the credibility of the still small VR community. Which is so unfortunate as I think the two founders have done great work in advancing personality type theory.
I did find it interesting you self described as an NiFe as your blunt criticism is very uncharacteristic of one. You style seems to resemble more a Thinker, however, I remain open to the possibility. If you have a video of yourself i'd love a shot at typing you.
As for Bill Burr, he seems like a slam dunk SeTi to me. The quality of the video isn't great, and this is the first i've viewed of him, so i'm working solely from this clip, but his hands are clearly Fe/Ti with the soft, circular movements, open fingers, loose wrists. His 'energy' in his presentation is omnipresent in Se fashion, sharp, intense, unblinking eyes. Pe bubbly, divergent energy. Fe smiles.
