I watched a couple of videos between yesterday and today, I'd say that he appears to be an Fi lead. Lots of Ji, the tension in his cheeks never quite recede, and they're quite pudgy. His asymmetrical facial expressions aren't very evident, but I paused some parts in different videos and I was able to spot them. His laughter seems highly personal, often breaking eye contact with the interlocutor, starting to look downward, and he giggles a lot! His voice seems to be really soft and airy even though he has a baritone intonation. His posture is particular, differently from many other politicians he doesn't gesticulate a lot, instead he's always keeping a defensive posture (crossing legs and arms, holding one hand with the other), he doesn't do as much eye contact as many other politicians do (even his FiSe colleague Bill Clinton). I would say Fi lead, leaning toward FiSe. There is something about his presence, it appears very "grounded" and strong, and I don't see much Ne in his eyes (difficult to read as they are always squeezed tight). That might be a reason of his success as an actor. I don't know about this, since I haven't seen many old american movies and I'm not american myself.
It's interesting anyway how I can see many, many similarities between him and Joseph Stalin. I couldn't come up quite with an answer about the latter, as there isn't a lot of footage about him in more spontaneous situations, but I had narrowed down between TeNi and FiSe, and the few similarities I see between him and Reagan are starting to make me think again that Stalin could have been FiSe. Of course, Reagan was much healthier.
Heron: Reagan as an Fi dom is quite intriguing, but does make sense given what I've often heard about his tendency to base his decisions off of personal moral convictions and internal principles (iirc, CelebrityTypes and Kiersey type him as ESFP). He does seem to have unusually seelie Fi from what I've noticed from other FiSes (who usually come off as sultry and intense rather than giggly and warm), but he does seem quite stable and more grounded than I'd expect for an FiNe. I'm not entirely sure about his P functions, but I think I'd be comfortable chiming in with Fi dominance.
Now Stalin, on the other hand... if Stalin was an Fi dom, THAT would have enormous implications on historical studies of the man, since the general consensus is that he was a decidedly cold-blooded, unfeeling individual. I'm not sure I'm convinced he's Fi dominant (though Jung's description of the "emotional tyranny" that Fi doms are apparently capable of placing others under does square with Stalin's MO of placing the people around him under a general cloud of malaise and terror), since it would be a very sharp departure from what is overwhelmingly understood about the man, but if so, it would be an incredible find.

I would see this as an example of Si eyes deep in their sockets with the outer edges of the brow slanting down. At 3:58 in the initial interview the camera zooms into his Si scowl.
