Stephen Harper - TeSi - deadpan style and monotone voice, straight movements are most outstanding, indicative of Te-lead; eyes move around a lot, but in that sharp fashion seen with Si. (Interestingly, at around 1:00, when making a judgment of economics involving more government spending, there is nothing whatsoever that's personally critical of people who support such policies; it's just the Te matter-of-fact critique of what, in his view, is logistically stupid.)
It's also interesting to compare Harper to Mansbridge, and vice versa. Mansbridge is NiFe, I think. Note the constant frown and the regular Ni-drift-offs. His tone and gestures are much more fluid than Harper's; there's Fe going on there. There are also occasional Ti-type halts, like right after Harper stops talking at the point I mentioned above.
