What I've personally seen is that introverted types with Se will have less Se intensity, while extroverted types with Se have higher intensity.
The most intense eyes I've seen come from the SeFi and the TeNi, and I think this is because of the way Fi's facial tension and general lack of coordination exaggerates the look of all expressions. In the SeFi chapter I touch a little on how Fi's tension clashes with Se's unyielding eyes. I also suspect that Te differs from Fe in that Te offers a tidbit more physical connection to the world as well. So Te+Se creates the most direct 'lock' on the tangible.
The other two types that are runner-ups would be the SeTi and the FeNi. But due to Fe's more sensitive facial control, they usually don't cross the line into "manic". There's a general perimeter where things stay. I think if I had to draw a scale of intensity of Se per type, it'd be something like:
I definitely see the Se in your eyes, and as a proactive type this is to be expected to a degree... though they're still not as strong as we sometimes see in the TeNi (below).
<- a bit of an exaggeration but just for contrast.
Your eyes appear like they could be either SeTi or FeNi eyes, which is rather typical. Often times there will be crossover when things are this close, especially within the same quadrant. A lot of what I describe in the book are averages or what's most common, as the phenomenon of CT is aiming to approximate the psyche, and it does this incredibly well - but not perfectly, due to variations in people's faces and nurture. When we try to get too specific with cues we start to loose some of the outliers.
Curiously, though, even in these images of you, I get that "forward" sense that comes from a directive/high Fe. The eyes of the SeTi are commonly more perky and alert/amazed, rather than "driven" and "serious" like yours are. That said, even some SeTi's have more hypnotic eyes, so again, we need more of a full-picture analysis.
I hope this answers your question... somewhere in there. Feel free to ask more!
The eyes of the SeTi are commonly more perky and alert/amazed
Like this?
But then they start looking driven and serious again, like this:
The first picture seems totally Se to me, while the second and the avatar both radiate a high directive Fe vibe. My face keeps switching between these 2 general expressions. Why do you think that's the case?
I think it may be the modality you're using in the moment(?)
I can imagine your eye quality changing depending on whether you're engaging in some exploration/improv/play, or are coordinating the emotional atmosphere around you -- but this is just one guess.
btw - you look like a warrior from a gladiator movie. Or you remind me of Ronon from Stargate Atlantis (if you ever watched it?):
I can definitely understand why some have decided to call the eyes of Ni+Fe "hunter eyes". Both the NiFe and FeNi have this quality that's very assertive-looking and almost a bit raw/primal/edgy. Apparently it's attractive to many women from what I've heard... which would explain so many male hollywood heart-throbs being various FeNi and NiFe (with some SiFe's as well).
But now I'm just rambling. hehe.
edit: dammit, i have to add while i'm on the topic. The hollywood female heart-throb has more representation of high Fi user, I think. Icons like Jennifer Lawrence (Catnis), Elle Fanning (Aurora), Keira Knightley, Megan Fox, etc.
Going back to the FeSi's "macho" shades like Dwayne Johnson and Terry Crews, it seems like Fe and males give off a certain complimentary "yang" aura. And Fi females also have a complimentary duality of "yin". Elusive, whimsical and sensitive.

Calin , Auburn : If I may add something, I am wondering if it could be affected by self-consciousness. Some FeNi are very assertive, very confident in putting out an unfiltered, if not properly forceful expression, which could make them look more willfully manic. I would say it would be more common among the ones who primarily define themselves as strong, unapologetic thinkers, perhaps like a Steve Jobs.
But, again, I for myself I am not always entirely sure of the intensity I am meant to see coming from the eyes. It seems that face interpretation is both a particular and a holistic process, so I would very readily admit being confused by brow expression, color, if not unrelated traits. Having been exposed to some visual illusions before, I would not even completely trust a careful observation.

Coming back on it, I think this statement deserves some general clarification. Are you suggesting that the prevalence of a function could inform the manifestation of the others, notably by favoring some signals ? Do you think this prioritization is comparable on the cognitive level, as in favoring some skills ?
It is interesting to note that, in a similar context, Dario Nardi mentioned that "ENFJ and ESFJ show high activity in one or maybe two reasoning regions (F3, F4, P3, P4) while showing no activity in the others", in regard to Ti types who are able to "engage all four regions" (Neuroscience of Personality).
In the case of Je and Se, it is clear to me that Se fixation is indeed more suited to Je than perking, both through gesticulation and aim. Combined with a more expressive brow, this might induces some of the most intense stares in all vultology.
Nonetheless, I would be curious to know if there is other, perhaps less conspicuous examples ?
My only hope is to invert gender roles on it's face so that I may be the heart-throb. No... that's too complicated. I will eliminate gender from the world and create a race of identical robots.
