The University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, the Max-Planck-Institute for Informatics, and Stanford University are currently working on a software which allows to manipulate the facial expression of a person on video in real time through motion capture. They first worked on transferring the motion of an actor to another actor, but are now able to alter a speaker on YouTube.
