The way I deal with useless people..

I just don't deal with them.

It actually is more complex than it looks. Many people may say "don't deal with this person or that person". But in fact they return and do exactly the opposite of what they preach. I don't do that. Here's what I do.

I do not try to understand people. Why they do this and that etc. I place a clear objective in front of them. Now this part is very important: They are either in, or out. There is no gray area. You either understand what I say. Or you dont. I dont go far and try to explain things for you. Hell man, you live in the same world as I do. If you ar even slightly passed those experiences, you already know what I mean. If you didn't then you wont uderstand. And probably never will. Because you are not interested If you are interested but dont do anthing, again dont try to fool yourself. Do something else. And somewhere out of my sight. I wont waste my time on you.

Hence, I look for ready people. You are an adult. Act like one. You wont miss it.
