I apologize for those members who know about this material already (from other sources such as the overview series). In many ways, certain sections of this forum are more like archives where I feel a desire to store information, for future newcomers to have resources in place. But I hope it may still offer some new insights to old and new members alike!
Rebecca Watson's entire channel evidences this phenomenon -- from which any video could suffice to describe this polar Fi channeling, but here is the one used in the overview:
Her expression combines the sometimes sarcastic wit of Te, as well as its somewhat cold/aloof energy, with the private ethical concerns of Fi (which are kept/guarded as a background motivator but not really actively manifested in vultology). It is always a little bit curious to me how this juxtaposition manifests.
In some sense (and I think ayoungspirit mentioned something along these lines too) they are championing causes, but their own immediate lack of warm energy (whether Fe warmth or Fi seelie radiation) makes the presentation somewhat unrelatable, stark and unapproachable. One might be inclined to feel a level of hostility emanating from their expression, even though the intention may be sincere.
But, to contrast, below is another TeSi example, Christina Hoff Sommers, I came across today who demonstrates a somewhat more coordinated and toned/down expression --while retaining all of the same thematic parallels to Rebecca Watson and this shade in general:
"Factual Feminist" is such a great channel name. So telling.
And on the opposite side of this courtesy is the far more blunt Germaine Greer
As we can see, the actual views of the TeSi --or any Fi-heavy individual for that matter-- can be quite variable. But each concerns him or herself with the same subject matter, and that subject matter very often revolves around elements of subjective identity, personal rights and the overarching institutional recognition of those personal rights.
TeSi, having polar Fi, may be heavy philanthropists and advocates of minority groups. They may become a political spokesperson of a cause and use their naturally hard energy and articulation to be the stoic representative for these demographics. We see a strong example of this subtype in Rebecca Watson, a famous American blogger, podcast host and avid feminist.
