The most prevailing aspect that appears as soon as he begin to talk is that he is an articulator, every word or sentence being sent to the other person with a head nod. He makes dismissive shoulder moves and karate chops (fingers glued) with his hands while he explains, and at 2:00 on the first interview he does something of a bizarre snarl, so he is more probably a Te lead. His eyes are less clear as he is quite old but if you look at 2:10 for example on the first video, they seem to brush quite gently and never really sharply pierce his interlocutor or zoning out, and his scowl seems to going to the side (0:52 second video). He can have some momentum but this seems always under the carefully put judgement signals. I say that he is TeSi.
I agree at the moment with with TeSi. I want to force myself to put my observations into words, so forgive any repetition here as I write out my thoughts. My observations are still pretty basic. I am slowly working my way to seeing more specifics. The Te in the first video definitely seemed strong to me -How his movement and emphasis was more vertical (head nods and how he moves his whole body more forward than side to side. The emphasis in his voice even sounds vertical to me) and all of it quite impersonal. Impersonal eyebrow raises. The second video showed more of the Si eyebrow movements where the outer ends slant downward and you could see his upper lip better so I could see that there was a some sign of the snarl.
