For those unfamiliar with seelie/unseelie energy, I thought it'd be useful to composite together an introductory video. I originally intended to add annotations, but that might be a future version. Nonetheless, I'll list the specific signals down below to look out for. I hope this helps!
Signals to look for: - Airy, Sprite-like Tone (i.e. evanna lynch) - Giddy, Vibrating Giggles (i.e. theblacknerd) - Unbridled Emotional Energy (i.e. Minnelli/Spektor's vulnerable body language) - Disarming Composure (i.e. Feynman's sudden emotional overtakes) - Breaking through cheeks (Fi upward tension reaches way into the eyes)
Signals to look for: - Sassiness (i.e. Rebecca Black's "attitude") - Snippiness (speedy, merciless avalanche of gestures.. i.e. Camile) - Nasal Tone (non-sensitive voice. pinched, rather than airy) - Fi Disgust signals (i.e. Zinnia's constant signals of "contempt") - Fi Contained around nose (i.e. less breaking through cheeks) - Fi Sullen (i.e. Diana.. this is almost exclusively Ji-lead)
These are made with a double purpose of addressing signals: Fi-9 Seelie Energy Fi-10 Unseelie Energy
I hope this helps capture the qualia too. If you guys have any questions please feel free to ask, and I'll do what I can to answer.
^ It seems the directors picked up on something tangible here. You can see the disarming Fi expressions in his laughs, amplified for comedic effect.
Sheldon is an archetypal Te user in the show, of a physicist shade. Entirely empirical, logistical, orderly (to OCD levels), rigid, etc. There's some aspie thrown in there for good measure, but the core personality is one of high-Te. (NiTe or TeNi).
Would it be expected that a high Te user when engaging in a laugh would generally have the type of Sheldon-y kind of laugh? In my case, when I laugh, it is totally an intense belly-laugh that can sometimes come out incredibly loud and totally visceral and intense. So, I guess that I'm wondering how generalizable the quicker, more momentary 'Sheldon laugh' would be in general for strong Te types?
