Another type of video could help better to type him - Quoting Alerith "Something to note when choosing which interviews to use for typing people, is that giving a presentation (like Meghan is in the video you posted) can produce some false J-lead or especially Je-lead signals. These aren't the best material, since the setting requires the person to behave in a more formal, organized way - they've usually at least partially memorized a script for example. If you can find them, one-on-one interviews are best."
I found this one:
My impression is that he has more of an inertial energy so I'd go for SiTe
Hmm, no, I don't think so. My understanding of SiTe humour is mostly limited to my own experiences with SiTe, not on anything very 'scientific', but I would say that SiTe humour is more light-hearted, whereas JP touches on quite serious topics.
I'm seeing a lot of distant Ni stares whenever JP is remembering or processing. I don't think he ever toggled upwards like Ne. My guess is FeNi or perhaps NiFe.
It's like he's looking at someone, or looking out the door.

He does a lot of Je arm waving. It looks more fluid like Fe. His smiles look more Fe than Fi. His hands and fingers can be stiff like Te, but he also moves them intricately like Ti. I don't see his mouth pulling to the nose much like Fi. He's mostly zygomatic (Fe). His approach to humor is very meta and relative (Te), but it's also people focused (Fe). But, he's actually kind of savage and sarcastic like a TiSe or SeTi.
He does a lot of Pi gazing, but it's mostly drifting down and to the side like Ni mixed with bounding gaze locks (Se). There are times when it seems like Si, though.
He's hard to read, but if I had to guess, I would say FeNi or NiFe based on the raw CT-VR, even though something in me hunches toward FeSi, SiFe, or even SiTe. Probably an Enneagram 6w7 sp/so 469 tritype. Lots of 6 wit and overthinking combined with 9's chill and 4's focus on uniqueness. However, an SeTi 9 could also work.

Kahawa thank you for the assessment and the pictures! Still very hard to pick up the difference of Si eyes vs Ni eyes in this case, but now I can see better the faraway gaze in pictures 2 and 3.
The Doctor thanks as well - indeed I didn't pay much attention to the smile/nose, I thought that his movements were so smooth that I went for Te directly. I've been observing a FeSi teacher for several months and I could really see in him what is explained in this article cognitivetype.com/2016/01/25/proactive-ethical-judgment-fe/ "There are two parts to Feβs gesticulation; swelling and neutralization. While it lags in delivering the motion, it is very fast in halting it. The opposite is true for Te, which delivers quickly, but does not neutralize the emotion afterwards β allowing it instead to linger as long as it needs (...) Gesticulations are given in bursts" I don't see bursts in the gesticulations of JP Sears.
So I searched more about P/Pi: P-5: Subordinate Judgment cognitivetype.com/2017/02/15/p-5-subordinate-judgment/ "The person has a fluid posture, with casual swaying and ongoing movements. Then from this default rhythm, signals of judgment arise such as gesticulations and head shakes. However, these gestures come across as lukewarm/diluted in their force."
Pi-1: Inertial Energy cognitivetype.com/2017/02/22/pi-1-inertial-energy/ "When the body moves due to Pe or Je activity, it will come to a rest more slowly, absorbing and smoothing out much of the momentum (Pe) or jitteriness (Je) created."

Swelling happens within sentences. A really exaggerated example of it would be William Shatner. It's pretty quick and easy to miss if you're not attuned to it. In contrast, Te sounds like that classic radio show announcer tempo with no real pauses. I see a lot of swelling in JP, and interestingly, the example guy in the link you posted is making a lot of faces and movements like JP.
