I was watching this and found myself drawn to the difference in body language between the host (Je) and her guest (Ji). (You can see the whole video on youtube, this starts after 24 minutes).
I am thinking our Je host is displaying Fe all over from how attuned she seems to be to her guest. She certainly doesn't seem like lead/secondary Te to me, either way.
Chair positions make her seem like she's facing her guest but I think she would be anyway even if the chair wasn't so positioned. Her taut cheeks and small mouth made me think of Fi (and Dario showed what good listeners they are, which is this host's gift IMHO) but I found a different video of her where she seems to clearly widen rather than raise her mouth in smiles/laughter, so I chocked all those fi signals up to her physiology. The Continuous validation she's providing in nods, "mmhs", and "right"s, rephrasing her guest's statements back to her to confirm that she (and her audience) understand, everything about her is all about her guest and validating her guest. She behaves like a person that is well-trained or naturally talented in making the other feel heard.
The guest on the other hand is drawn into herself and remains more or less still, moving in one piece for the most part. The body language says "very shy" but you don't get that sense from her speech. So being vultology-minded I think it means rather that she's tuned into her own inner lead Ji. She's probably Fi IMHO, but I will not insist on it right now. Though I will say I think I detect some monotony in her voice and speech that makes me think of Te. Being 60 years old she may have developed her Te to the point where it influences her speech pattern a lot more than it may have when she was younger. Back to Ji: She's a lot more focused on her own message than on her environment including her host. She's more about what she is communicating, making sure that it is accurate/true/honest/authentic etc.
So the Je host is focussed on the Ji guest while the Ji guest is focussed on relaying something inside herself to the outside which makes her body language appear shy or timid.
