This is basically me. I found very interesting the discussion on time perception, disorganized mind libraries (I especially like her RAM description! I saw that in my mind the other day). My sense is that it's Si behind Ne, the RAM. A quiet presence behind a frontal alertness. Anyways, enjoy the article! As with the one on interest-based nervous systems, it seems plainly to be a description of Extraverted Perception through and through.
I completely agree with you, @erijon3 ! I have come to realize that this phenomenon you describe is the thing people call "privilege" in social politics. It's very present but at the same time subtle in the way it manifests itself. The underprivileged will be far more aware of it than the privileged and it transcends far more than the categories typically noted in that discourse (race, gender, sexuality, religion etc). That's just my experience but I'd say at least in Europe, having Pe/ADHD and being from a place perceived in terms like poor, primitive etc impact life a lot. It's a conductor's world out there and Pe makes us the least conductor-like a person can possibly get.
JBP calls it "majority privilege" and I think that's apt as it captures all sorts of things not discussed formally in that discourse.
