That makes sense, T being subtractive. You'd think any functions that emerged did so from the moral-emotional register, which would need to be suppressed plain T. Thank you for clearing that up because I was kind of stuck on that, since our ethical-emotional logic would evolve first.
@auburn, thank you for the explanation ! I think I understand it better now.
I can relate to what you said about giving ballots to everyone in order to express their opinion because somehow I am already doing this at work. When revising a contract I always have to also ask for the opinion of my colleagues from the Commercial Department and of our project managers. And also the opinions of our contractors are important, so I am always gathering opinions and adding comments and revisions and calling people back to clarify what they actually meant with some comments and struggling to understand technical details that might just somehow be connected to what I do but that are not really in my responsibility. And I have to admit I am losing a lot of time with this. I believe my boss is a Fe user and for her it seems easier but she doesn't process all the information so much and focuses more on what impression her output is making on people. She just ignores information that complicates the situation and maybe it's better that way.
Oh, so Dany is a Fe user. And I see Jon Snow is a SiFe, wonderful ! <3

That's precisely it. And yes, it's a different thing to negotiate the emotional energies of people, than to try to help everyone get along through practical channels.
