It's very subtle but I see what you mean and I think Vangelis does more of the first one.
As for Jerry Goldsmith, he reminds me of NeFi Dustin Hoffman... So that would mean an NeFi can make sountracks for Rambo? And Alien too... I've seen his musicography (I don't even know if it's English) and it's pretty eclectic From action movies to fantastic, to sci-fi, etc. I'm sure there's some romantic comedies in there.... Yep very Ne actually ^^
I agree Basil Poledouris is FiNe.

Hey, i was here but i wasn't here. I forgot the computer on Anyway: peppergirl for me NeTi is more probable, i don't see a "menacing" look in his eyes, indeed he seems affable, very similar to Tom Cruise in the video i posted
His scowl seems more the Si type, with the edges that droops over the eyes, now that i remember he reminds me a lot the first guy of the "NeTi/larin series" video (much less goofyer than him). That particular song from the gladiator wasn't made by him, the parts with lisa gerard in most of the cases where composed by herself or with another composer, if i remember he was Klaus Badelt or Gavin Greenway. But now i have to know, are you two agreeing with SeTi? If so i've to put him in the SeTi block ayoungspirit yes, is what i was thinking too, i deleted some of the pop artists i wrote, maybe in the future they will find space in the list
With Badalamenti mafia boss... i think it will be pretty near to reality if you watch at his collaborators are in fact for the most part italians (a'm jokking).
So? with Vangelis we have two NiFe and one NiTe? Later i'll post some other composers (maybe i put Lisa Gerard and Brendan perry in the list)

Heron : I am a less experienced reader than you two are, and still have a lot to learn, so take my opinion with a grain of salt, but I do not see any blinking on Zimmer part and any scowling when looking down on the side, so I would say SeTi (or FeNi if you find the body movements well articulated, tough to say for me). I do think that the edge can drop in a NiSe scowl, in particular in strong day lighting, but the center will always be more down, and the eyes will still be quite fixing, not zoning, but I understand the ambiguity ! His expression still a bit naive, maybe because of genetic conformation or light use of Se, or volontary joined use of Fe and Se that give a more affable face. For Vangelis, I would say NiFe too, but I am not entirely excluding NiTe, much more expression on his part would be helpful
Zimmer => NeTi, Ne lead so not much blinking.

He is very tricky, is always scowling. At a certain point i was thinkig Si lead, but he is never without the glasses, so is difficult to say. But if you look at this images:
He seems to have a lot of tension in his Cheeks. I Think he would be a SeFi/FiSe, a bit undecided.
Lisa Gerrard - Brendan Perry
Brendan Perry forever Se/Ni, his stare is very intimidating and sharp. Even in pictures i don't see any sign of tension in his cheeks, so i think he uses Fe/Ti, is quite evident in the video, but i can't say for the order, his confidentiality and apparent shyness makes me think of Ti or Ni lead, maybe TiSe? Lisa Gerrard is heavy in Fi in the old videos, i think FiNe would be correct.
Trent Reznor:
In older posts i said he was NiTe, for erifrail he could be even a NiFe. i'm still of the same opinion, yours?
Michael Nyman:
I was undecided at first, but watching at the interview he seemed very Ne in how explains himself and his demeanour, so i think NeFi.
For the moment enough, i suggest you to see other composers in the list we don't have talked about in this tread in particular P.S. I changed hans zimmer, now is in SeTi

Ennio Morricone : In the beginning of the interview, I was saying to myself : "either have Parkinson disease or SeFi", reminded me of Demetrio also
Brendan Perry seems quite viscous to me, doing a lot of swaying between zoning out and locking while conserving a soft tone and not disengaging down, I would say NiFe. Almost certain Lisa Gerrard is FiNe with her airy voice, pained expression and sometimes specifically pained Γ la FiNe with Si scowl.
Trent Reznor is indeniably Ni lead but the judging function are quite ambiguous to me. He would be very delicate for a NiTe or very contained for a NiFe but when he pauses, he seems as intensively emotional and personal as simply technical so I do not know. He seems to pinch the nose when smiling so I will go with NiTe with a strong Fi and somewhat humble Te. Damn, in the way of anger looking, he could be NiFe as well, I am perplexed.
Michael Nyman : NeFi, he seems to be doing a lot of feeling for himself and have a monotone speech with occasional emotional "but" before returning to monotone. I find his little eyes naive and gently (but avidly !) searching and he has some random hand gestures, even if he has not a lot of momentum for his body.

Heron Wow wow you're too fast for me! too many people to type
As for Hans Zimmer, well the song I posted was both by him and Liza Gerard, otherwise it woulnd't be credited "By Hans Zimmer" wherever I stumble upon this score. Yes she wrote the lyrics and sang, but he also composed the background music.
I hesitated a long time for his eyes because it's true they look softer than other Se's... But Se is not always menacing I think. I've found pictures where he kinda has a Steve Jobs vibe... However I may be wrong! His eyes are definitely naive-looking, you could be right! Don't take what I say as a final word. Here I'm not 100% sure for his case.
Yay Ennio Morricone! I've not watched yet. Also Danny Elfmann and John Carpenter interest me.

Heron : Based on this interview where he smiles and seems to be quietly technical in his pauses and seems to take consideration in the interviewer comprehension in a gentle way (kinda like Harrison Ford peppergirl), I would now say with a lot of confidence NiFe with a quite misleading congenital pointy nose.

Trent Reznor is a quite interesting persona. We have to do some research in about, i remember some emotional outburst (when he winned the oscar and wrote his sensations in the Nin forum, when he "menaced" to quit his twitter account, and when one person on Reddit insulted him and he answered "fuck you") i have to understand if there is some Fi or Fe demonstrations, this is the only key in my opinion.

He reminds me the difficult case of INFPatty, I posted her video in this thread cognitivetype.boards.net/thread/73/youtube-typology?page=2 Scroll down to find it. I was leaning more toward NiFe but Erifrail said she was most probably NiTe o.O If she's really NiTe, that shows how gentle an NiTe can look.
Too bad he didn't explain further why. I think I understand a bit and Trent Reznor looks more NiFe to me, compared to her.

I think she is NiTe indeed. She does some self-referencing emotional burst ("hey, it's me", "with some fine books" "house party are the best") with personal smile, that Raznor do not do in my opinion.

I've updated The List , now if you put the cursor on the name it will appear a comment with the general agreement, now i think is ordered in a proper way

Brendan Perry: TiSe.
Lisa Gerrard: FiSe. She speaks like Lady Diana, very fixed hypnotic eyes.
Michael Nyman: A fellow NeFi. I learnt one of his song on piano (The Heart Asks Pleasure First)!
Ennio Morricone: very difficult. I would also say SeFi, a very calm tired one and unseelie Fi ... His eyes are scary His glasses don't make things easier either, but I think I see Se/Ni.

peppergirl : It is true that her eyes are very fixed, but also quite soft and sometimes the contraction seems to come from the side. But as this is not often the case, I would say FiSe too now.
peppergirl, Heron : what do you think of Brendan neutral pictures on the Internet ? He seems to have a bit of anger in it, different from Tony Hawk ? Also, he does not look as gangly as him and have more subtle fluctuations in his pauses and articulating, not bursting with warmness but being more gentle all the way.

ayoungspirit Watch her pictures on google image and compare it with FiNe Regina Spektor. Her eyes look much less naive and more intense. In the interview, she almost never blinks too.
Heron : I think I'm done with those ones ^^ Some ideas of composers: John Carpenter, Danny Elfmann, Phillip Glass, Yann Tiersen...
