Fi lead quite certanly for me, more precisely a FiSe. Despite his gently character some of his moves and facial expressions express severity, so i also think he's quite strong with Te, that remains harnessed under his Fi. With this and the long pauses he makes seems almost that he's "faking" Fe
I'm quite sure that he is Fe/Ti, with Fe higher than Ti. I think also he's a Fe lead, a controlled and reserved one, but for the moment i'm undecided with the Ps. I'm thinking Fepi.
Mike Gira
Really tough for me. I think he is a TiSe, i see fluid hands, Fe assertion, Fe disgusted/judicious expression. In some interviews he blinks a lot, but i don't think it is because of Si, for me he uses Se/Ni, at least for me.
It'll be a post for each compozzzer, Heron. First post: Arvo Pärt.
I think you are super right on the fuctions he uses. I also see him as a gamma. But I see him as NiTe (Fi-heavy). His eyes have that Ni-lead hallmark. His Fi-snarling is really very 'there' hehe, but the kind of it tension his face and cheeks hold is that of Fi as lower process.
PS: He's heavenly and a very old soul. I believe his music influenced Björk a greeeaaaaat deal... 'vespertine' has an arvo pärt feel to it all way through (and medulla too and previous things too). They together in the interview: it is maybe the most seelie-deep-genuine-raw-precious-real-touching conversation I have ever watched. *.*

Steve Reich. I agree with you he's a Te-lead. However, I am inclined to think he is Si-support. Si scowls, his eyes are kinda 'intimidating' in the interview but I see it as being connected with Te intimidation... his avalanching straight-forward speech is Te, and combined with the confidence of his fearless Te gaze can come accross as TeNi. But his eyes to me aren't penetrative, and they don't zone-out. So, my guess is TeSi.

I don't think Yannis is Fe>Ti. I related to one of his expressions (2:50, like some kind of lingering nostalgia or disappointment). That probably means nothing. That possibly is just an expression of nostalgia or disappointment. But I'd say Ji>Je.

@morsecode yeah, rewatching Reich i think you're right with him being a TeSi, i lost some signals like the scowling. Apparently even the TeSi users tends to lock on the people they talk with, not only the TeNis , and i think i agree also with Part. about Vai, mh, i still see he's a P lead, he seem so fluid in his movements and moves his head with the eyes in some moments, quite similar to Steve Jobs (well, a non-jerk version of him apparently) like in this video:
but i think is not extremely important to know what exact type he has, because for what concern the thread the most important thing is to spot the functions itself, not the order.
EDIT: i found a photo where the two steve have an almost identical facial expression, just a curiosity:
About Tom Waits i was wondering if he could possibly be a SiFe, i found very difficult to choose because when young he was really into drugs, and you noticed it apparently. Now that he's old and way more relaxed.
NingenExp mh... i don't see any tension in general in his face, especially in the area around the nose, i think the area where i can be more wrong is for the Ps with him
I related to him because I sense there is some sort of lingering emotion in his speech. Like the words are stretched. Like they are porous. It's like he is surrounded by some dense liquid. I relate to that. I also don't think I carry a lot of tension (I will check it though, this is just an impression) but my smiles tell me. I don't know what to say about that smile (1:32-1:34)
