I tried to look for a visual reading of her, but didn't find any. What would you say? I see TeFi and probably NiSe. Pretty heavy Te body language, blunt and assertive speech, mouth area looks TeFi. Her stare is a little sharp, but not obviously SeNi to me. Brows are trickier; they don't have heavy scowling. I would guess a Te-lead, but not sure whether TeNi or TeSi.
Hepburn appears Ni/Se perceptive, Ni lead. No Si-scowling and very steady eyes which generally lock-on to the interviewer or drift-zone. She occasionally does quick Se-exploration upwards, but her pattern is forward gaze, full head drift.

That is the adequate assessment, some of my impressions must have come from her age and possible nervous ailment, (on her academy awards apparition, she shakes a lot => Edit : actually on wikipedia : "By the 1980s Hepburn had developed a noticeable tremor, giving her a permanently shaking head. She did not work for two years, saying in a television interview, "I've had my dayβlet the kids scramble and sweat it out.""). You can see the subpolar Fi Smile at 6:00 on the full interview, and the young pictures are actually quite clear on Ni/Se. So NiTe it is.
