The most prominent aspect to me is the constant vibrating, which is not really well coordinated in a push or any external judging move like nods or hands gesture but seems more random, afterthought, like she cannot stay in place on her chair or is shaken by what she said, and which is accompanied by constant rising of brows with captivated leading eyes, so I will say it is indicative of a Se-lead. The judging functions are a bit more difficult because she is not very expressive. There is a mild flaring on the side of the nose which became stronger with what seem to me as quite asymmetric, mouth deforming expressions => SeFi.

I am not feeling very sure, but my guess would be either NiTe or TeNi. She is more contained than the TeNi examples given - I see the eyebrow raises and the head nods, but she does not motion much at all with her hands. I did find a short clip in a video of her gesticulating, and it came across as quite Te/Fi - choppy, bear claw fingers, etc. I would consider her gaze intense in that it is freakishly steady - perhaps enough to make it her dominant feature. But, she may be a special case. I am not certain about her eyes... I am still working on seeing the easy examples.
Se/Ni and Fi/Te, yes. She has plenty of Fi/Te smiles radiating outward. These smiles are difficult to predict within the social context as they erupt randomly. She has a steady, monotone voice and Se/Ni lock on eyes. Her Te/Fi is apparent in her speech and her occasional gesturing, but her Pe momentum is a stronger feature than her Je from what I can tell. I think she is SeFi.
