What does a facial feature have anything to do with psychological type? Even if all Ti's you've seen have that specific facial feature, the link is still very weak.
Hehe, exactly. There's no significant correlation. It's a weak link..
Activities a person enjoys is also a very weak link tho, imo, which was my point. Like, I've been a part of nerd groups, like card-gamers, and there's a lot of SiTe, TiSe, NeTi, FiNe types and so forth, but then there's also Fe-leads in there, SeFi and other types which are friends of those and also got into it cuz of their friend.
Some activities have weak correlation to type. It does not follow that no activity has a correlation to type.
For card games it might more correlated with introversion in general.
ok, let me give you an example where a single activity does not necessarily correlate to type, but can still be used as a part of a framework that does try to discern types from activities.
Any type can enjoy Anime, whether it's INTP, ISTJ, ESFJ, etc.
But, compare it to other activities and you might be able to see a correlation.
For example, "would you rather watch anime or go climbing?". I'd argue that 99% of INTPs would rather watch anime. This is not specific to INTPs of course, it applies to any type that lacks Se.
So an activity on its own does not tell you much, but if you compare it to the other activities that person enjoys, and contrast it with the activities that person does not enjoy, you start to get a better picture.
Alright, maybe climbing is not a good example; not many people do it anyway. But what if I showed someone who holds some kind of a world record in mountain climbing? Or if that doesn't mean anything, imagine a well known climber with plenty of experience and techniques, etc. Now, how likely would it be that such a person would turn out to be an INTP? Not very likely. Is it impossible? No. It's just highly unlikely.

Yay anime ^^ (who doesn't like anime?)
Why can't I do both mountain climbing and anime watching, one right after the other? I've always loved nature, especially things like climbing up to scenic views of a beautiful landscape. Although Ti leads me to contemplate internally, my Ne feeds this contemplation with exploration, especially out into nature.
I think that the stereotype of TiNes, or introverts in general, being more likely to be sedentary may have some truth to it, but certainly not always. I was pretty sedentary as a kid, but as I got older things like my health and desire to experience new things and places lead me to enjoy physical activity. Ti likes to perfect things, so being challenged is usually a good motivator for a TiNe.
