My vote goes for TiSe. He seems beta to me. Se darting and searching, no Fi tension, Ti hands, Ji-lead contained energy. Reminds me a lot of ayoungspirit.
mslajlaa, glad to hear you - long time no see u!
when I watch his interveiws of when he was young that's what I see (as in my first post), either SeTi or TiSe (my first impression of him was beta very clear (his later videos confused me a lot about his P functions and what function he leads with), and really his energy seems too contained for a Pe-lead. I insist in not seeing any Te in him. His eyebrows are totally Ni/Se, like those that Heron draw and shared in the forum some months ago.
Andrew also reminds of @shivaree, a very clear beta, like ayoungspirit.

&Β¨%%Β¨&*())) aaaAAAAAaaaaaaaofhappinessfinally. i'm sold on TiSe. ya ya yay yayyy, it's to focus on his early videos. This all teaches me a lesson: to not look into interviews of people of when they're are over 44 years old when doing a vr. Age can totally mess up the identification of P functions (Lauren Bacall. Remmembah?)... and the 'fully' development of all functions also brings extra challenge, as emingtonw pointed out some days ago in the forum. Andrew's eyes are damn clear Ni/Se when he was younger. TiSeTiSeTiSeTiSe(alt.SeTi).

Life's kept me so busy this fall! I visit the forum from time to time, and I'm looking forward to the CT book. Funnily, watching myself in real life situations I'm having doubts of TeNi. I don't recognize Ni in me at all whereas NeSi is familiar, and my Fi feels stronger than Te. Typical ENFP or ISTJ brain use is the closest match to what I see for myself by Nardi's book. But, watching my videos I clearly have all gamma expressions. So I have some cognitive dissonance going on, as inside I feel I'm delta, and outward I look like gamma.
Oh man, Sir Webber looks so similar to ayoungspirit in that youth picture!

Oh, maybe you have a deep development of your polar function, I think... heavy Fi seemed visible in your video. About your support Ni, I feel something similar concerning my support Se. Ah, I remember that in your offical reading results, it was written that your development in your first oscillation wheel (J-functions) seemed more visible and prominent than your second oscillation wheel... that could maybe explain why it's not so easy for you to identify your P functions through introspection. And yes, well, all your gamma functions were very noticeable, and your energy is very gamma (like mine). What bothers me about Nardi's results is that imo they're largely based on mistyped people, just like socionics profiles also are. So, I truly wonder if the 'typical ENFP or ISTJ brain use - and ENTJ brain use' of Nardi's researches really refer to real NeFis, real SiTes and real TeNis brain use. So, it's possible the dissonance is not in you but in Nardi's results. Honestly. Just my personal thoughts.

Yes, it is very much possible that CT functions are not completely in line with Nardi's empirical results, or even more possible that I don't understand or recognize them in me that well. Nardi does say that Te-lead females tend to have more varied brain use, maybe for cultural and also biological reasons (hormones), so that supports my confusions, too. I'm 99% sure I use TeFi function pair, and very strongly so. That loop is so evident in me. It's ridiculous how my mouth/nose area moves and I have all kinds of involuntary grins and lots of tension; my younger son is the same. Also Ni scowl is almost permanent... And my expression definitely looks more badass than goofy, even if I don't think I actually were a badass.
I should be very careful when comparing MBTI type and cognitive function descriptions to CT types. It just bugs me that I never could settle into any MBTI type. Certainly there must be some overlap to Jungian functions in CT, but how the functions affect our behavior is another issue.
Okay, I think I am finally seeing that TiSe now. haha. sorry, I'm so late. He has a natural crease near his cheeks and nose, but I have to remember to be careful that this doesn't mean he is an Fi user. Also, I think I see how quickly his smile disappears from his face too...like an Fe/Ti user.
And from what I recently learned...TeNi's won't have eyes that perk up so much or seem so open and alert, like Andrew has in his early videos. Also they dart around quite a bit, it isn't very steady.
And the very first video shows me how he is more Ji-lead. His energy isn't quite as big as I thought it was. He looks down a lot as he thinks, too.
So the things I need to take away are...even if someone has ,what looks like, one manic scowl in a vid, doesn't mean they are TeNi or SeFi. Even if someone talks very fast, doesn't mean they are Te.
"I will never assert that an individual must be the type I think they are. I am human, I still have subjectivity. I also think it's possible that an individual can be aware if they have been mistyped. Therefore, when it comes down to it, the ultimate decision to accept/reject a typing should come from that person themself. For better or worse, it is ultimately up to them...or some kind of perfect brain scan. haha"
