sitbone About Seth, his eyes look more piercing than the guys you posted, although I agree it's not clear-cut Ni :/ About the scowls, well Erifrail said the nature and intensity of the eyes take precedence over how they scowl. Since, judging the appearance of the eyes is subject to... er... subjectivity, we will have a hard time finding a consensus.
I see how they can look Si but I see Ni too. More Ni, personally.
As for you, how did you come to the conclusion you were SiTe, by VR or introspection? Just curious.
It's the first time I see your face this close and wow your eyes look Ni to me, very Gamma vibe here. I will debate about your type with the others if we can find a consensus here. You must be a bit fed up to be "between two chairs" as we say in French

peppergirl eh, maybe a little fed up I was pretty sure I had figured it out, but this thread has me unsure... I decided on SiTe by VR, mainly because of my scowls, 'eyes sitting casually in sockets', and I feel like they graze over the environment (Ne loose visual contact). By introspection I would never know; I can relate to aspects of abstract descriptions of all functions. I don't think my understanding of the functions is strong enough yet to know the difference on that level, too superficial.
What about my eyes looks Ni to you? If you can describe it.
sitbone, would you be willing to record a new video of you in which the camera is close your eyes the way it is in the photos you posted today? And at the same level of your eyes, not upper, nor down. I think it's very important that you feel completely comfortable during the recording... if the idea of making it public may worry you somehow, you can send it via pm to the visualreaders and add whoever recipient you want too. Your eyes are really complicated, damn. D:

As far as Seth MacFarlane is concerned, I could certainly accept NiFe - his eyes seem a lot more Ni than Si to me.
sitbone: your pictures actually remind me a bit of Colin Hanks (Tom Hanks' son). I'm not sure exactly what type he is; his eyes sometimes look a bit Ni-ish (although they often look Si/Ne-ish, too), but for some reason I've always gotten an Si vibe from him:
Your last picture also reminds a bit of Tom Cruise. I can't find a good picture right now, but I've seen that look in his eyes before - and he's a known Si user.
Heron My bad. I'll take the rest of my-type business to a different thread. (jh I'll get back to you about Colin Hanks there)
About MacFarlane, I guess I'm having a hard time finding Ne in him. His scowls still look Si to me, but as peppergirl said, the nature of the eyes takes precedence over the scowls, so I guess I'm not convinced of Si. I can think of an SeTi who does some Si-looking scowls, Sam Worthington I think. I'd probably type him aplha from pictures like below, until I saw his eyes in motion, but for me Pe-leads/supports are usually clearer than Pi.
(sorry so massive, was best example),
So I guess this: doesn't prove Si.
I probably shouldn't speculate much more until I know my own damn functions for sure.

Ah! I'm seeing Delta quite clearly, yes. His humor style is very much in line with Te. It's that knee-jerk punchliney humor that makes absurdity out of physical consequences. Very iconic. And P-lead seems very clear. He lacks any real rigidity or strong accentuation.
But he strikes me as high-Te though. Like a hybrid between SiTe Rainn Wilson in phenotype and SiTe Scott Adams in energy.
Here I'm picking up: - Te Nasal/Pinched voice - Te Monotone voice - T Dispassion - Pi Inertial energy - Conductor energy (forwardness, gravity as opposed to buoyancy) - Drift-and-Jut Pattern
But to be more sure, we can look at a young interview, before big fame or much chance for persona molding:
^ that P type head-leading-eyes but also that settled, non-hurried energy of Pi-lead. He's got a bit of that "turtle-like" gait of SiTe's, and a funny but rather stoic demeanor. His humor doesn't really animate his body or cause bubbling energy or really any degree of buoyancy. He has the slowdown that comes with Si as a primary function, I think. Very inertial.
The way I'd describe it is that he's very Ne in his work and his interests, but it doesn't show as much in his actual demeanor. That's often the case when someone is channeling their polar. But the multiple voices, and abundance of content quite exemplifies the Te+Ne duality. Just like SiTe Scott Adams, who is a different sort of cartoonist but with a very similar kind of character set and humor profile.
2:36+ Mother is TeSi. And she seems to appreciate Seth's humor.

Wow. I did not pick up on all that (I can't tell apart Pi lead "sunk in" vs Pe "buoyant" for the record, I guess one of those is more jumpy and energetic ofc, but I can't tell at all with some Pe leads). I totally dismissed SiTe because he strikes me as so extraverted somehow (maybe it's the Te quick delivery that makes it seem that way.) And his persona struck me as high F as well (and sorta going against the SiTe "socially inept" stereotype) so I ran with that.
Anyhow, thanks for the analysis.
