I am bringing these posts of discussion about Viggo's type to this present SPLIT thread (Discussion of behavior - split thread), created by TheLogicFan, because the way this SPLIT thread had been created (with some missing posts about Viggo) made the context of the discussion unclear. For more posts about Viggo's CT, see: cognitivetype.boards.net/thread/833/

Mh, yes. I guess you need to see a bigger picture:
I can only see Fi tension in his face. If you keep saying that it is not, ok, we disagree on the signal.
For what i know, the definition of Fe smile is that "it raises toward the ears", i never read something like "it pushes up the cheeks, and makes many lines around". That's actually the definition of the Fi smile.
If you want to read, there is this excerpt from the advanced document.
Summary:
The personal smile of an Fi user will utilize the levator/depressor anguli oris muscles of the face, creating a contraction between the upper lip and the area next to the nostrils. Because of the small/confined space in which this smile occurs, it may result in a bulge in the cheeks being created by the clash of the rising smile with the already existing tension. The interpersonal smile of an Fe user will utilize the zygomaticus major muscles which pull the smile diagonally toward the ears, which does not clash with the rest of the face muscles as it does in Fi, because Fe users have neutral cheeks. Thus instead the smile fills up a pair of cheeks otherwise vacant of emotional tension.
Advanced Nuances:
The association between “wide smile” and Fe is an oversimplification which is mostly true but not always. Fi users can have wide smiles, depending on their bone structure and other factors. And Fe users can have thin faces which make their smiles appear to rise closer to the nose. But the main differences is whether the smile is rising up and clashing (regardless of the width of the smile) or if it is rising up to fill an otherwise flat cheek area. The clashing/bulging is quite distinct, still making this a highfidelity cue.
Caution and Potential Error:
Unlike other signals, this one is near impossible to deliberately control. Especially for Fi users, the partial snarls they exhibit at random times are microexpressions out of their conscious control.
Anyway, we two will never reach any point. I would like to hear the opinion of someone else to see what other readers think about his type. Since typing is made largely with the consensus of visual readers (and other users of the forum as well) and not from only one person. Even Erifrail said that this was the right way.
I know what Fi tension is just like who typed Viggo as Fi lead, wich is casually the creator of the theory, so he's an example of it.
What criteria are you using, exactly, to affirm with such certainty that i'm wrong?
There are probably some mistyped people in the official list, but i highly doubt that we're talking about the majority of those types. If it is the case, so all the theory is wrong by definition, and you are also relying on wrong signals.
Updated by who, Erifrail? In his last post he never mentioned anything like that.
Anyway, even if it was the case, i don't think that you are the brightest teacher to show this to other members of the forum, since the last time you mistyped Mikenfgeeks as TeNi (and you're still convinced of that), and Erifrail, with the theory updated, said that he's actually an SiFe/NiFe (he leans more toward the first hypothesis, i still think that the second one is more correct. But anyway, even if i'm wrong, there is a difference between mistaking one function stack, catching the temperament anyway and understanding that he is an Fe support user).
If Erifrail has some updates on the theory i will be happy to hear that from him.

I don’t think you know what tension is if you believe that this is an example of it. Many of your other readings are similarly flawed.
I know what Fi tension is just like who typed Viggo as Fi lead, wich is casually the creator of the theory, so he's an example of it.

Erifrail and Alerith put a number of mistyped people like this on the official list. So you can’t rely on the official list for these things.
There are probably some mistyped people in the official list, but i highly doubt that we're talking about the majority of those types. If it is the case, so all the theory is wrong by definition, and you are also relying on wrong signals.
This is why I stated in my original post that I was working with an updated understanding of VR and some of my results would disagree with prior readings.
