35 or so members and I don't know anybody so should we have an introduction thread or something so yall will be people instead of just random names on my computer screen lol
Guess I'll start since I plan on being active here...
Hey I'm Robert. I'm a MBTI novice with a heart of platinum, whatever that means!!!XD, (Currently listening to Toro and Kuro's theme from Street Fighter x Tekken while writing this) I started my journey with MBTI tests from google (First test was INFJ then all others were INFP) then I ran into DoctorJuice1 and DaveSuperPowers videos on youtube and I stopped taking the "tests" seriously and began to study the functions each type was made of. So while planing to check my notifications on personalitycafe home page I seen a video of what I believed to be my top 2 functions (NiFe) and a picture of Morgan Freeman so of course I watched the video (only because of Morgan Freeman!!!XD) and I stumbled upon this virtual reading? I think that's what VR stands for right? Well anyway I prefer this method because it doesn't involve those tests and it's off of body language that we have little to no control over which would potentially be more accurate than trying to guess the functions a person uses based on descriptions?
Needless to say I know there are many mistypes thanks to the online tests (some of which require you to pay for the most accurate "True" results) which appear to be more for "Profit" instead of trying to help people understand who they are.
VR is my new preferred way to type people, even though I suck at it!!!XD, because it has to do with the unconscious mind, which we don't have much control over, which gives clues via body language as to what function is being used opposed to tests, self analysis, etc.
Besides the MBTI approach seems a rather "robotic" approach to hums. Insert Ni, Insert Te, Insert Fi, Insert Se. Analyzing. Analysis complete. INTJ...What are feelings? DOES NOT COMPUTE! DOES NOT COMPUTE! lol
