I'm not super confident in this, but I suspect fella is NiFe. I know you're mainly concerned with the eye- vs face-centricity here, but it's the copious viscous swaying (which gets Ti neutralized out/iced down from time to time) that I gives away the P-lead vs. J-lead question in his case.
That said (and somewhat working from that knowledge), it's not too hard to get the sense with him that he's speaking "through" his eyes; the way his gaze wanders, falls off from maintaining eye contact as he's pulling his thoughts together, but, upon reaching his meaning or way of wording things, his gaze gets right back online. J-leads more typically speak through their mouth, and the eyes are far less indicative of the inner play-by-play of their thought process, more as if they are pulling their words straight from their core and out of their mouth, rather than having to go around, semi-literally looking for them.

At-Ease Zazeef, thanks for the feedback. I was originally thinking he was an NeTi, but you mentioned NiFe and right away I could see Ni in his eyes. So, i'm going to have to revisit this. But i'm good on eye-centric as well

Umm, I'm actually liking NeTi better at this point! I'm not picking up on drifts, zone-outs, etc., and that energy is looking much more buoyant to me than viscous. Sorry, NiFe was more or a skim than a read, more just looking for eye- vs. face-centric. Lol, definitely eye-centric, though! I feel good about that!
oh man... haha Okay, if I forget for a moment what I think I know about typing and just type him 'energetically' he reminds me a ton of myself. Not so much in how I feel like I am but how I appear to myself in video. But his eyes are so Ni/Se-like. They're not deep set but rather somewhat ball-like and protruding, slow blinks(however frequently), and his eye lid rims seem raised for Se support. However, his gentle, brushing toggles seem consistent with Ne. All that being said we're working with generalizations for how certain functions manifest physically, not necessarily certainties, and so if you're good with NeTi I am too Thanks for the look!

My pleasure! I might pull up more of his videos for typing purposes at some point (I did already watch a number of them for the hell of it), but bleaaaghwhoknows?
