Today I was talking to my girlfriend and this idea has come to my mind. The power to affect change has always been with us. Just like in that TV Show Smallville...in its final episode when Clark learns to fly....his dad says that the power has always been with him.
Yes we may not understand how, but the power is always there with us. We may not see it always, but there are methods that eventually lead to that. Lead us to see eventually how exatly are we going to do it. And when we see that, we finally understand that it was us ...ourselves...all along that stood between what it was before and what it is now. Not because someone or something stopped us. Only our ignorance is our worst enemy. I think we shall all declare an eternal war on ignorance. It is the source of our all downfall.
This topic may sound as nonsensical babbling. I am personally not fully understand what I just said above either. Ignore it if you want.
This is so true mv. Although to various degress, external circumstances help to shape who we are, who we become is completely within our own power. There's nothing nonsensical about that.
It's truly interesting to watch how emotional self works itself out under such circumstances. It is as if another person inside me tries to do other things. Like a little child. Always reactive. Always easily got hurt. And then there is another person inside me. Who sits in the corner and watches how this insanity progresses. That person just waits there quietly until that child burns itself out and calms down. Then comes to control and say to the child "Is that what you were crying for? Fool."
The child definitely clouds the outcome for the second guy. But the second guy cannot understand the exterior without mistakes of the child.
The second guy always knows that something will come out out all of this. And when it happens, there is nobody else but this child to be blamed.
