Hi you guys,
So in about a month, I'll be opening up video submissions again and there's a pending list of 170+ email subscribers. There will be a lot of new members here and that means a LOT of MBTI misconceptions.
I need your guy's help in coming up with rebuttals for all the common misconceptions that we already know are going to come. I don't have time to write all of them, but we talk about them a lot on Discord so if anyone feels inclined to write a mini-article on it, please do! I have a short list of topics that I could think of, but if you know a topic not on this list that you'd like to write about, which could prime people on CT, feel free to contribute. This way we can grow the community more gracefully and have answers to common questions.
Thanks in advanced to anyone who decides to take the challenge! You guys are great!

Answer: Why "SJs" are not really a thing in CT
-in brief: MBTI misunderstands Si/Ni due to the Myers's xxxJ adding "J" characteristics to Pi
-in brief: Decades of reverse-deduction of what Si/Ni means, after typing IxxJ
-in brief: "SJs" are better viewed as Si+Te, not just Si
Answer: Why most Pe-leads type as INxPs
-in brief: E="social extroversion" fallacy.
-in brief: E="social extroversion" fallacy.
-in brief: Not understanding "E" as metabolic proactive data absorption, void of the human consideration
-in brief: The only "extroverts" that fit the MBTI "E" are Fe, which does have a social component. Te, Ne, Se are not "social"
Answer: Why most "INFJs" aren't really NiFe
-in brief: The "INFJ" profile is an archetype for the general intuitive temperament
-in brief: It is the most plagued by the Barnum effect, where each type can read themselves into it, due to vague language
(That's all I got for now but I may add more ideas as the days go by!)
(P.S. I've written one article on this here: cognitivetype.com/2018/05/06/why-mbti-mistypes-everyone/ - which I hope serves as a reference too. Lets grow this community!)
