I've been practicing my visual typing skills, so I have an idea of what his type might be but I'd like to know what some more experienced typers have to say. ^^
Rigid body posture leads me to think Je. This is supported by heavy gesticulation. Some exacting head nods and gesticulations. Gesticulations seeming more Fe than Te. Circular, open fingered, loose wrists. Gentle Fe brow raises as opposed to the blunt Te raises. Pi eyes drift to the sides. Wide, shiny, brimming, unblinking Se-like eyes, but combined with Je posture i'm wondering if the Se is lower in the hierarchy, so maybe FeNi? That doesn't feel right at all... I think i'll have to revisit this later.

This. I agree with Je-lead and Ni-support but think that Kotler is in fact Te/Fi rather than Fe/Ti. He reminds me very much of Robert Downey Jr., somewhat in the facial features, but also in his mannerisms (though Kotler isn't smiling nearly as much in this vid as Downey winds up in his interviews). But even with the lack of the smile cues to go off of in determining the judging function set, Kotler does exhibit a a few gesture cues suggesting Te rather than Fe, particularly the snippy head nods/shakes and brow raises, and Te avalanche speech. Oh, and none of his gestures exhibit the fine motor muscle Fe/Ti tendencies (the each-finger-having-a-mind-of-it's-own thing) or much in the way of swelling or pushes. Yup. TeNi.

It's wild how easy it is to pick a hypothesis and then find support for it in the visual cues. At-Ease Zazeef, i'm with you on TeNi. Fingers ARE rather straight and together, lacking the Fe/Ti individuality you mentioned. Te monotonous speech. Brow raises looked much more Te-like for this second viewing. Cool
Edit: Lots of snippy, choppy articulation as well.
