I actually think he is FeNi. His speech is very heated, but it appears to me in an Fe way. Warm pushes, warm articulation, Fe smile and all the rest. His hand gestures are pretty snippy and rigid, but I would contextualize this in the general mood that he exudes in these interviews: he's just damn angry. Just to make a comparison, here's a TeNi that is known for his "rude" and hard approach:
He reminds me of another FeNi, very similar mannerism, but with more camomile in his veins:
Here is a video of him speaking casualy. Quite different from Jacobson. I see more of the warm articulation here but I also see some cold brow raises and head nods. If he might have Fe it couldn't dominant imo opinion because he has it suppressed according what he says in the video. Which makes me think his thinking (Te/Ti) is more dominant than his feeling (Fe/Fi). In the video he lacks typical Ti signals (speech pauses, disengaging down, crossed fingers, etc...). So I guess Te makes sense
klm I still see more Fe than Te. His articulation is warm, his headnods are connected with certain dramatic pushes in his speech, and his brow raises are not that cold, they tend to be slow in the way they build up. In this last video there isn't the same amount of gesticulation i saw in the previous ones, but I find it difficult for him to be Ti lead, both psychologically and visually. If he's any other type, I would say FeSi.

It depends with what he means, and if it reflects his personal emotional life it doesn't necessarily reflect in his cognitive makeup or in the way signals present. I would rather interpret that with the enneagram, since he appears to me a counterphobic 6. I actually see more Fe than anything else in him, in the way he talks, in the way he makes eye contact, in the way he approaches the discussion and talks with people, the almost ever-present interpersonal smile.
