When the Fe function is pronounced in the NiFe, filled with moral concerns and directive agendas, what often results is contention. The position of Fe in this hierarchy creates a natural level of friction due to the possession of an impetus which their psychology cannot sufficiently manifest. On one hand, this type is reactive and most at peace in non-action, but on the other hand their ethical process gives them an urgency to leave this inaction to champion the cause of their vision if their vision perceives an injustice or irregularity in the world. Cognitive Type, ch.18
It's quite hard to find examples of the NiFe contentious visionary in celebrities, due to it being a shade that, by definition, falls out of the way of popular view. So I wanted to share some public vlogger videos here to demonstrate the effect, so long as they're ok with it:
This second one also crosses over into the Guru subtype. Very iconic.
(There are others I'm trying to relocate; I'll post them when I find them. But feel free to add your own if you come across any )
From the two above he could almost pass for an SeTi Anti-Sage, but really his more regular appearance (as seen below) is very classic NiFe (very inertial, heavy Ni, drifting, etc)
He's actually an NiFe Anti-Sage. D: wtf.
edit: Not forgetting the clarification ayoungspirit made about this subtype, but I just had to post this one...! <.< Not saying all NiFe's are this mischievous (I personally like this guy). dun h8 meh... D:

It's so fascinating how in MBTI almost religiously sticks to the belief that male NiFe is the rarest type but CT has exposed that as one of the many things about it that is just a hasty generalisation. Awesome.
