edit: also, welcome!
yes! they're quite similar.
both fit into the "Eccentric Nerd" label
NeFi-Te's are people like:
TeSi-Ne are people like:
Visually they have different ratios and qualities to their signals, most notably J-lead signals vs P-lead signals.
Behaviorally:
TeSi's statistically appear more in business, politics, news and acting.
NeFi's statistically appear more in comedy, children's shows/books/comic-strips/voice-acting.
TeSi-Ne's tend to be witty, nerdy but often sustain a successful career and fancy things like political commentary (if a little satirical). They're also prolific media generators.
NeFi-Te's tend to be witty, nerdy but have less political or economically inclined careers. They take more to gaming, arts (music/dance) and so forth.
Just a few things that come to mind from memory. It goes further but maybe this is a start.

NeFi-Te Eesha Khare
Famous for her experiment she made at age 17: "Design and Synthesis of Hydrogenated TiO2-Polyaniline Nanorods for Flexible High-Performance Supercapacitors"
The NeFi-Te is usually scientifically minded, loves engineering puzzles, is often entrepreneurial, but also scattered in their interests and lacking in the follow-through of a Te-lead to make their science concepts a consistent source of income. Although some do manage it, but many are gamers, software programmers, etc.
