Interested to know this guy's type. He reminds me a lot of another drummer whom I think is NiTe, and also TeNi Hugh Laurie. I see NiSe functions and probably TeFi, but I'm not sure of his mouth area. His smile looks somehow more FeTi, but he seems to snarl (especially while playing), or maybe it's that his upper lip is constantly asymmetric. His speech has certain bluntness, but on the other hand his movements are slower and more "generous" like Fe. So once again, I don't know.
Old interview:
Newer piece while performing:
P.S. There was a thread for functions and music somewhere. The Police and Copeland's music/playing in general tickle my Te-(Ni)-Se-(Fi). SPECULATION WARNING: I wonder if rhythm is more crucial in music for high Te's and Se's, as it relates to structure, tangibility, and physicality. I'm looking forward to Heron 's collection of soundtrack composers and their types. (I didn't put this one on that thread, cos I wasn't sure whether you count other than pure soundtrack composers.)

I also see Ni/Se. My first guess when it comes to his Judging functions (looking only at his mouth and not other factors) would be Fi/Te.
Get him around musical instruments and he seems to be energized. Do Te-leads get that crazy when they are around something they are passionate about, or do they stay more contained? I can't help but think that he would fit in a type much better if he used Fe/Ti * - his hand motions, his mannerisms, the way he talks... So, yeah, I wonder about his mouth as well.
* edit: or perhaps not... it still might be hard for me to see his type...

MsLajlaa i watched the videos a bit, but for the moment i can't do too much, i've an entrance exam so i'm studying like hell D: The post has this name (soundtrack composers) but we can put there all the composers preferable soloists, or "minds" of groups. In that particular case he did a lot of soloist work, so he can be in the list. (anyway, now he's in the list)

Okay, so his energy level can be a bit difficult to determine but often he is so buzzing by himself (1:42 third video) that I will go with Se-lead, with a clear zone-out, fixing routine and sharp look (1:08 first video) that lead the way. His smile seems peaceful and wide, and he alternates between cold absorption and warm push, so my guess is well rounded SeTi with a long face. The somewhat bluntness of some moves come in my opinion from Se energy.
Beside, I personally think that people with high Fe can be prone to invest a lot of passion in external objets. Fi is by essence very passionate as well but this passion come from the inside, in a reactive and subjective fashion, so it will be more of an all around enthusiasm that extend to the things around the object and their own mood. In contrast, the Ti-Fe user is very flat/neutral, and suddenly become very passionate by concentrating on the object and return to neutralization after if the object is gone or if they really think about something. They have a more bumpy rhythm this way, whereas Fi users would tend to have a more consistent and transitioning mood, never having total neutralization/freezing. Even if they can go from very positive to very negative quite quickly, they conserve the all around emotional tension and does not have a real stop. This is pure speculation with not much experience and observation, so please, don't take my word for it
Also, unique signal : drums, drums in a cage with fuck*n lions outside !

He seems to be using a lot of Se and Ni. I watched Dario Nardi's talk, and he spoke about this 'flow' state in the brain while doing certain things, like "drumming a familiar beat", which shows in the brain scan as a holistic use of all parts of the cortex (Ni?).
My visual reading method is crap, but I'll use it anyway: SC reminds me of EJArendee, whom I assume to be SeTi.
I have been meaning to watch that Dario Nardi video... I will have to write myself a note.
He reminds me of a music professor I had in college. This professor had been in the rock music scene around the same time as SC. They have similar looks and ways of moving. (I am almost positive my professor had Fe/Ti, but I can't be sure of his perceiving function.) I keep looking at the examples of SeTi on the Larin videos, and I keep thinking they are so different from this guy. But, maybe it is a generation/cultural thing.

Ups, i was forgetting about this thread , i think i'm for the "SeTi" side in the end. Now he's in the SeTi column with john debney (they share similar hand gestures)
