Kevin Smith
Movie interview (Part 1 of 6)
E3 interview
I think Kevin Smith is a TeNi.
Signals: Se eye toggling, Se eye-bulging, Se upwards exploration, Se lock-ons, Se perk-ups, Ni scowls, Ni eye drifts, Te eyebrow raises, Te gestures, Te continuous speech, Te shrugs, Te head shakes/nods, Fi tension, Fi snarls, Fi hands, Fi asymmetry, Je-energy (face-centric, constant gesturing, strong signals, strong posture, grounded center).

I also think that Kevin Smith is FeSi. Not so sure about SiNe, still, but i think Fe lead. I'm not focused enough to list all the reasons, but i will say that: he reminds me a lot of Mark Hamill, who i typed TiNe in the past. If you look at videos where he's young and in shape, his signals are more evident
But if i had typed him by the most recent ones, i would have said something like TeNi, because:
it seems that he gained lots of tension around the mouth that was not there, and when he scowls (like at 0:37) it seems like he's doing Ni scowls. ._.
So, i think that certain factors can "mask" the actual signals, sometimes in a big way, like Mark Hamil's case. (even if we have to remember that he undergone a surgical treatment in the face after a car incident)
So, i searched a video where Kevin is younger, to see if there's any difference.

sitbone, I'm not sure how clear the different signals are to other people, but to me the Se/Ni signals are very clear. His eyes are less hypnotic than most high Ni users (which is why I didn't list it as a signal) and his eyes move around a little more than people are used to see in JeNi types, but it's all within the normal range of what is possible for Ni/Se users.
Heron, I looked at the last video with Kevin Smith that you posted. I see mostly the same signals that I listed before. I see Ni drifts, Ni zone-outs, Se eye-bulging, Se lock-on and Se eye toggling, Te eyebrow raises, Te continuous speech, Fi snarls and Fi hands. He is certainly less confident when he was younger, but his face doesn't seem to have changed much over the years.
As far as Mark Hamill goes, I think it's more likely that you originally mistyped him and that he was always a Fi/Te user. Fi tension can vary a lot in Fi users and it and can increase a lot with age.
If you look at the above video with Mark Hamill from 1980 you can see him smile at 00.56 and display some clear Fi tension. He also has very clear Se/Ni eyes in this video and all the other videos of him I have seen. I'm not 100% sure about his type yet, but he is definitely a gamma.
