Even though the video was short, I think there is enough evidence in it to determine your type. If you do make another video though, I think it would be better if you don’t hold the camera/phone during the recording, since it limits your natural movements somewhat. Just a suggestion though. You didn't have any "Te Eyebrow raises" in the video that you posted here. The eyebrow raises have to have a certain bluntness and forcefulness to count as a Te signal. Since your eyebrow raises lack this quality, they don't count as a Te signal. As far as the Ne-lead people moving around more than you. Perhaps you can make another video and we can try to look and see if you do or not. Even if you don't, it wouldn't necessarily mean that you are not a Ne-lead. Ne-leads won't always move around a lot as they are stereotypical thought to do. All signals fall within ranges and can vary from situation to situation. People tend to adapt to their environment and develop personal preferences that can influence were they fall within the range that is possible for each signal (and they can vary from situation to situation). You will always have some level of Pe signals if you are a Ne-lead, but you can't expect to always have them be at the typical level or be easily noticeable.

You have lots of Si blinking and some Ne eye toggles. Your smile is a warm interpersonal Fe smile which is quickly neutralized by Ti. I dont have any doubts about the presence of these functions. Their hierarchical order i'm less sure about. You seem Pi lead to me. Your Fe and Si come through strongest for me but I dont see any Je-lead rigidity, punctuating gesticulation, or head nods. Instead you are poised but relaxed in your posture more typical of an Pi(Si) lead. My best guess for you is SiFe. I dont see any of the bubbly momentum building Pe energy in your video.
