He seems Gamma with high Te. This video is obviously scripted and that fact immediately puts limitations on what I might say. However, with just this information I'm going to say he is likely TeNi. I'll try and find a talk or unscripted interview featuring him and come back with something hopefully less tentative.
A truly intense manic scowl accompanied by meticulous hand gestures and a natural interest in the metaphysical, the states of consciousness, and abstractions such as the philosophical views that shape the population's worldview? Um...NiFe much? He even wrote a book called "A Theory of Everything". All of what I'm seeing is pointing toward Ni/Se and Ti/Fe. In the video above I should have noticed the soft tone in his voice too.
Je-lead (Rigid posture, frequent gesticulations, exacting head nods, face centric). Ni eyes(few blinks, slow sleepy blinks, heavy upper lid, Ni scowls). Te/Fi (fingers function as a unit rather than the individuality expected from a Ti user, rather stiff wrists, some bluntness to articulation, lack of emotive expression).
While I agree his presentation contains the gentleness and sensitivity of an Fe user, given the message he's communicating I think his delivery falls within what would be expected from a Te user. Fe users communicating a similar message ooze with Fe, which we aren't seeing here. Best guess TeNi
