Well, what you did is just a catalogue of Je gestures, no one said that Fe and Te people make completely different gestures, in fact if you see the video with Ellen Degeneris (SiTe) and Leonardo di Caprio (NiFe) you can see that they actually make the same gestures all the time, is in the way they do that that lies the difference, i do see what's different between them anyway.
Even if i wrote other reasons why i don't see him as a TeFi user (not Te lead) i will concentrate in the differences i see in the gifs you posted
First of all, josh manipulates non existent objects with his hands, and that's a sign of FiTe, other than that, his gestures are quick, snippy, there is no elongation or pathos in it.
Here compared with my brother, Ellen degeneris and Richard Feynman in my previous post.
On the contrary the gestures of Mike are slow, elongated, emphasized with changes in his tone of voice, that suddenly becomes warmer. I don't see any snippiness, any bluntness.
He compared to me and di caprio
Mh, i never said that, Feynman in the video i posted shows that as a Te lead.
But anyway, even if his gestures seems more Te than Fe there are a lot of other things that doesn't match with the Te-Fi hypothesis, i made a list of things i see and i don't see in him.

Sorry, but in the last gifs you posted, yes there is tension, but i don't see any accidental snarl, and in the last one it seems on purpoose.
His face reminds me the case of when i typed TeNi Daniel Savage (he's NeTi) because i saw Fi tension where tere wasn't any. It was just his face, that is a bit chubby and the muscles of the mouth crash into his own fat.
And in the last gif, he makes something that everyone, TeFi and TiFe does when is telling a story and wants to put emphasis on the sensations to pass out a certain effect on another person.
Showing that with Adam Savage and Steve Jobs:
Steve Jobs used to do that everytime in his shows:

Finally here are some examples of Josh hands being...pointy and flexible...but still being Te hands. Just in case you think Fi users can't make these kinds of movements.
